Very nice refrigerator! Love the freezer in the bottom love the middle drawer and the produce drawer works beautifully

I love the Flex Zone drawer. It works so smooth when you open and close it. You can set 4 different Temps for the drawer. This has Wi-Fi so with the Samsung Smart things app you are able to see and set the current temperatures in the fridge, freezer and drawer. It also shows how many times a day the doors have been opened. The door bins are very nice and a gallon of milk fits neatly in the right hand door.

Thrilled with this purchase. Have needed space and this refrigerator has it! Beautifully designed stainless steel compliments other appliances. You will have satisfaction using this addition to your everyday cooking needs.

The issue here is Samsung failed to publish a critical dimension; the hinge cover at the front top of the fridge is now 6.5" deep versus the typical 2.5" to 3", this means you need the full 70" of clearance front to back now or you can't push the refrigerator back to the proper depth. Samsung has every other dimension published and this extra deep hinge cover causes problems if you have a full size over tge fridge cabinet to work around. Ultimately this is my fault in the end but it should be noted in the manual. This is the 3rd model of Samsung refrigerators I have purchased in the last 16 months, the other 2 had no fitment issues. Side note, I also talked to cabinet manufacturers/installers and they have since changed their width to 37" for Samsung and other brands due to fitment issues caused by tabs on the back, now they are also recommending 72" heights due to new model designs causing problems. Again, my fault and I should have physically measured the model in a store but that was a 100 mile round trip to the store and I purchsed online based on past experience. The fix is of course to cut .25" off the bottom of the cabinet to accommodate the new hinge depth. You also cannot eliminate the hinge cover because it goes all the way across the top of the fridge and it has wire harnesses connected to it.

Been using it for an year now.. first off, looks pretty neat and modern.. does the job excellently well.. absolutely no issues with cooling in summer or winter.. easy to clean and keep it organized.. neatly designed interior for better utilization of space.. love the drawer door , the flex zone must be the fav feature..

It looks great and has plenty of space. My one complaint is the water that comes out the of the water dispenser isn’t very cold, which forces you to use ice. Since I don’t like using ice much, I find this annoying. Other than that, an excellent refrigerator.

I have owned this refrigerator for a month. So far have no issues. No water drips like my prior Samsung fridge. Ice may splash a little which was mentioned in the owner’s manual. The flex zone drawer is fine, but would have preferred more fridge or freezer room instead. Since there is a back order on appliances, I was pleased to find this model in stock.

We recently bought a house & moved Cross Country but we unexpectedly realized the fridge that came with the house was not staying cold enough. The sellers apparently forgot to mention the house has a large bat colony, the garbage disposal wasn’t punched out, the dish washer didn’t work, the fridge doesn’t hold a SAFE temp and a few... We immediately ran to Best Buy and ended up doing very little research. The fridge we picked out in Black Stainless was out of stock so one of their workers suggested this Samsung 4 Door Flex Drawer With Ice & Water because it could be delivered quickly. It was in stock but we are definitely NOT happy with it. Where to start? 1. It was delivered with the flex zone & the freezer bars badly scratched and 2 small dents. (SEE PHOTOS) 2. Getting ice is DEFINITELY an issue. First it Does Not make enough. It comes out very VERY slowly & spews small pieces all over. 3. The black Stainless is NOT finger print free. 4. The top & middle shelves do NOT go all the way back so items like a bottle of water or jelly jar, etc, can fall through to the next shelf.. 5. The side shelves are horrible, especially if you pack a lot into your fridge this can definitely be an issue. The shelf flips up for taller items but the space is small. I was expecting to get 5-10 years for this price but after looking over reviews I’m not hopeful.

We do not like the bottom freezer at all and have less space in it than the LG side by side that we had. I also do not like the space for the condiments on the inside doors. It's less space than we had in our side by side. The big thing is the icemaker is still an issue for the Samsung refrigerators. $2600 refrigerator and they still can't seem to figure out how to make the ice dispenser work properly. Apparently, Samsung has a class action lawsuit over their icemakers. This is a new model delivered to us August 28, 2020. The icemaker works very poorly. On the cubed ice, it spits and shreds ice, struggles to dispense. The ice pieces have a weird frost on them. The ice seems to partially thaw and refreeze because they get clumped together and jam up. The small crushed shredding of ice gets stuck in the dispenser and then leaks down into the tray. It's a mess. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

The delivery team was amazing. I always a blessing to interact with refreshing people, more so at home.

The refrigerator is a great value for the money. The only negative thing about the refrigerator I would have to say is that the doors don't slam shut like other double door refrigerators, You have to push them close.We caught the refrigerator on sale and got a great deal, And it hasn't given us any issues yet in for the size holds a lot of food. A lot!!!

It took a lot to actually get the refrigerator here and installed but the appliance itself I love. I especially love the flex drawer. I keep deli meat & cheeses and items I access the most. I don’t have to open the entire refrigerator. And I can keep that drawer colder than the frig. So far A+

This fridge is awesome its great quality and has tons of room the only thing I would say is I wish theyre was one more shelve on the upper right of fridge but I might look into buying one otherwise its perfect.

This fridge looks great in our kitchen with the rest of the matching appliances. I love the middle drawer for drinks. The shelves inside and on the door are a bit odd in shape (fitting around the ice maker) but so far it's working well.

In a few words I can honestly say this is the perfect refrigerator ever. It is very spacious. It has so much room we don’t know what to do with the leftover extra space. It enables you to organize all your foods and drinks very well. Overall we love it.

It is Marvelous,I love it, it is very fast cooling and freezing and very durable. I recommend it to others

Love my 4 Door French refrigerator! Especially love the FlexZone drawer as it holds so much that I need at a moments notice. The freezer with the draw on top allows me to keep a great deal of food very organized in the freezer.

I had one of these refrigerators that was negotiated away from me in the sale of a home. I moved into my new home and within 2 months bought another. I absolutely love this refrigerator, no other will do.

Great value! This fridge has a lot of room & runs quite silently which are 2 very important factors for me. It is definitely print resistant & any grime wipes away easily & doesn’t leave any “swear wipes” behind.
