With this, I would have normally given a 3 however delivery guys pulled one out and installed.

The icemaker in these Samsung refrigerators will freeze up and stop working within about a year of owning the fridge. You'll need to either use your warranty or use a hairdryer to defrost the inside of the icemaker every few months. Look it up - it's a known issue. Totally ridiculous.

Love the extra draw for large items.. inside is very nice and roomy. Had for almost a month. Recommend this appliance. Service and delivery was great too. Only one problem is the dent under the extra draw handle. Not happy about that. Otherwise I d give a 5 star.

Never knew I needed the flex zone drawer until I had it- Its wonderful and looks great in my kitchen! The guys that delivered it were on time, friendly and answered all my questions!

First fridge that I've ever had that I don't feel like it's cramped to use, and the flex drawer is great for our drinks. The smart features are kind of pointless unless you have someone who likes to leave the fridge open or need reminders to change the water filter. It is a little expensive, but otherwise it's perfect.
