Replaced same style 30 CF Samsung 4-French door unit with this model due to problems with the ice maker and compressor on the old unit. Got an excellent deal on the price and delivery/installation was also excellent.

The flex drawer is so convenient, I use it for cheese and sandwich meats, my mom has a fridge like this as well and uses it for water bottles, fruit drink pouches and soda. I love that you can rearrange some of the shelving inside to accomodate larger items.

Absolutely love my refrigerator it is very nice looking and has more features that I could ever imagine. Up and running within an hour along with my stove delivery

Great refrigerator/freezer. Love how spacious it is and the extra drawer. Only downfall was Our freezer didn't work for the 1st few days And when contacting Best Buy we were told we had to go through Samsung. Freezer started working before Samsung could come fix it???

The refrigerator is awesome. Would have been nice if it came with all the pieces. The freezer tray was missing and we called and of course Best Buy said it was a Samsung problem and Samsung said it was a Best Buy problem. Only option we had was to have them bring a new refrigerator out in a few days and send back this one. Problem there is we needed to keep our food. Even if they would have brought out the new one you wouldn’t have enough time to get it cold enough for food. Frig is great just make sure yours has all the parts.

Good size large refrigerator with middle drawer for fresh produce/cheese. Freezer size is ok. Ice-water dispenser in door makes crushed or cubed.

Excellent refrigerator keeps food cool and has an excellent freezer. Good space for food storage.

Overall very nice. Ice machine crushes ice even on whole cube mode. Also squirts a bit of water out before dispensing ice.

I would first talk about BestBuy, just awesome. There is no other word to talk about Bestbuy service and especially in this current Covid situation. We have ordered many things from other retailers but no one delivered on time as promissed. Refregirator is very spacious and excellent product.

I thought I was buying the same exact refrigerator, but it turns out there is no bulb in the dispenser unit. I had a technician come out and he told me they stopped making them partway through with the light. There is a place for the bulb, but no bulb in it. I’m not real happy about that.

I wanted the refrigerated separate drawer feature for a long time. I love having wine and beer chilled and ready to enjoy the sunset. I only wanted the standard stainless steel but it was on 2 month back order. The black stainless was in stock and I’m so glad I went with it bc it compliments my dark gray granite counter tops. We call this one the sexy fridge. The ice production amount is much better in this model than previous models. However, the size of ice is not uniform. Note ONLY use a lint free cloth to clean this one. No stainless steel sprays or wipes.

Excellent delivery and setup. Three drawers works well for us. Great price from Best Buy.

I had the Samsung 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator installed on 6.3.2022, and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. It has performed perfectly. Hopefully I can say the same thing this time next year!

We’ve had a side by side Samsung refrigerator for 13 years before it finally broke. I made sure our next refrigerator is a Samsung again , this time We opted for the 4 door French door. It’s roomier and things/foods are easier to grab. I can be happier with our new Samsung refrigerator.

Delivery of the item and getting it resolved was a hassle until we finally got to talk to a supervisor who got us rescheduled. Once delivered we found a dent but Best Buy offered to replace it or give us a gift card. We took the gift card. The product has been great so far.

This refrigerator has all the space we need behind the french doors and the separate drawer for additional refrigerated items. The bottom drawer freezer is deep and can hold plenty of frozen food.

I really enjoy this refrigerator it's bigger than what I had before and the middle drawer makes it easy to keep items separated that you don't want in the main fridge

We received this 4-door on Tuesday. So far it is working well. I takes a while for the ice maker system to kick in per the manual. However, it is now doing great.
