This is actually a fine refrigerator, deserving of a 5-star rating. Great quality and storage. However, Samsung for some unknown reason decided to omit the connection of the ice / water dispenser light, so I mark it down. If it was dark in the room, it was necessary to turn on the kitchen's light, use my iPhone flashlight, or fill it by ear listening for the sound of a full glass. We contacted Geek Squad. They took a look at it, checked the connections and settings. The technician contacted Samsung support. Support told him at first that it had a dispenser light, but paused, put him on hold to check with his manager regarding a solution. Support guy came back and said this model no longer includes a dispenser light. The light is actually there in the dispenser assembly, but is not being connected. This is a small thing, but it's a big thing when Samsung decides to leave off a basic feature for this level of fridge, which was listed in the model's online specifications. So, we returned this fridge and exchanged it for another maker's model, which has a dispenser light, plus similar, as well as some additional features.

My Samsung refrigerator died and I got this one refrigerator. I love everything about it except for the storage tray that is NOT included in the freezer drawer. It keeps food cold and my items frozen. Water also comes out nice and cold.

The fridge has several super spacious compartments. Its middle drawer is ideal for cheeses, hams, and snacks. It is one of the best buy that I have made in the store. The freezer is large and comfortable. I recommend it.

Plenty of room for a family. We like the 4th drawer and the flexibility of using it for beverages, deli items, etc....cutting down in opening the main area of the fridge to get things which will be used often.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. Love how you can compartmentalize the items in the frozen areas. I have meat section, veggie section, bread section, milk section.

I researched a lot about the refrigerator I wanted to buy for my kitchen remodel.. For my budget this was was the best value. When I went to the store to check it out, it met and exceeded all my expectations.

Good quality, love it, very easy to used, the drawers are big and has a lot of space specially for galón of milk. This refrigerator is very quite and very easy to clean .

It has huge storagesfor food. The three doors are very convinient to segregate food. Its easy to install.

I love my new refrigerator, it has a very large space capacity, nice shelves and plenty of freezer space also.

We love our refrigerator!! The black stainless is so clean looking. The drawers are big and we love the sliding shelf.

Upside: good design, running quiet, good price Downside: icemaker not working The icemaker started inconsistently dispensing ice cubes within 6 months. After 2 repairs [by Samsung service contractor] for the same problem, the icemaker totally stopped dispensing ice. Warranty expired. I would NOT recommend this product.

Honestly didn’t know what fridge I wanted at the beginning of looking. Walked in and immediately fell in love. I was wowed by the idea of a “Flex Zone”. By far the best thing about the fridge.

Overview this fridge is very good, the reason I give 4 stars for this fridge , it’s a bit slow to get ice cube compare with the older one.

We like the new fridge except for the ice maker. Takes to long for the auger to get going & release the ice through the door. Love the flex drawer.

Our family loves the new fridge its has so much room to fit everything and the kids have there own personal drawer for there snacks! The refrigerator also has a sensor if the door is opened to long for the kids to close it.

I usually like small bridge but this one caught my eye and I love the space and especially in freezer compartments. Fully satisfied with the space.
