Ice maker is problematic

I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty and getting in touch with Geek Squad has been a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes in an online chat room waiting for the agent to give me direction as to what to do. He/She didn't help me at all other than to thank me for being a Geek Squad Warranty member and then told me I'd have to call the 1-800 number to set up an appointment!!! I've been on hold with Geek Squad for 25 minutes and still no agent in site. I think 6 months of ownership is a bit early for this level of frustration with a NEW appliance!!!
