We've had this refrigerator for 6 months and over the last month we've had issues with the ice maker freezing up and not dispensing ice. I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty and getting in touch with Geek Squad has been a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes in an online chat room waiting for the agent to give me direction as to what to do. He/She didn't help me at all other than to thank me for being a Geek Squad Warranty member and then told me I'd have to call the 1-800 number to set up an appointment!!! I've been on hold with Geek Squad for 25 minutes and still no agent in site. I think 6 months of ownership is a bit early for this level of frustration with a NEW appliance!!!

Disappointed by the water dispenser and the ice maker. The water dispenser flashed water from time to time. The ice maker does not do a good job in dispensing churched ice.
Our previous 15 year old fridge did a better job in dispensing crushed ice and water.
