Best Buy washed their hands after they sold it, so I’ve been hashing it out with Samsung for getting someone to come and service it even though they only can come during the hours I work. Very frustrating and very unhappy. Wish I would’ve never bought it. 2400.00 for a fridge that breaks after 4 weeks. The fridge I replaced worked just fine for 14 YEARS.

The store manager was great in helping to exchange the refrigerator because it had a leak. The technicians were very courteous and took care when during the delivery and setup. But it was the delivery and installation that made this purchase even better. The crew was on time, courteous, professional, and very cautious doing the removal of the old unit and installing this one, taking great care not to damage my wood floors or cabinets.
