Doesn't fingerprint and has a decent layout. Ice maker and water is nice. We were happy with it. If you asked me to review a few months ago I would probably give 4 or 5 stars. December 2020, ice maker has issues. Its malfunctioning, leaking and then freezing on the unit, creating too much ice, does not chop the ice anymore, etc. I contacted the support line and they give me a troubleshooting guide, but I can't even do it because its frozen stuck. They are sending someone out next week, but they told me my warranty expired November 2020... a mere 5 months after purchase? They told me not to worry and they'll waive parts and labor, but I'm really worried long term about this fridge. Our last fridge lasted nearly 20 years and this one is having problems within 6 months. Not to mention it is relatively expensive. At least, at this price, you expect it to last a single year without issue. Not a good sign. I'll update the review for better or worse. And I'm really hoping the support desk misspoke when they said there is a 5 month warranty. I was under the impression it was 1 or 2 years at least.

Great Refrigerator w/one flaw

The water/glass setup outside refrigerator is very convenient and the water cubes are the right size for the water flasks that my family uses and water bottles . I would recommend this model to others .

Slow to make ice, ice stops when you open the right side fridge door ( can’t do ice and get water pitcher out of other fridge door)... nice looking though and flexible shelving.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I AM LOVING MY NEW SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR THE LIGHTING INSIDE IS AMAZING I HAVE ONLY HAD IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HAD ONLY ONE PROBLEM THE GUYS THAT DELIVERED IT DIDN'T LEAVE ME THE SHIMS TO LEVEL THE DOORS THEY ARE IN THE BOX WITH THE DOOR AND DRAWER HANDELS MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM, THEY ARE HARD TO FIND.

The transition drawer works great for drinks, and the folding arrangements in the fridge let you put any size of pizza or tray in there among with any number of bottles pitchers jugs you name it.

So far it is great. The four doors work great especially the deli door which we keep lunch meat, juice boxes and cheeses. Looks great too.
