Best buy from Best Buy! Got a great deal on THE refrigerator my wife wanted. Prompt friendly delivery to boot! So far very pleased with this purchase.

This is a nice fridge, and the wifi alerts are helpful. We used to have a Whirlpool that was similar and had more water functions (automatic dispensing) which we miss.

I’m satisfied for the price. But could had better customer service with more knowledge about the fridge. It did take over 72 hours for freezer to cool which was unexpected and sent quite the panic.

I upgraded from a Bosch french door refrigerator that is a bit smaller than this Samsung and also doesnt have the fridge drawer. The drawer alone was worth the upgrade...keeping all of our beverages in the drawer really keeps the main compartment cleaner and easier.

Don't buy this refrigerator. It has a terrible ice maker that I have heard is the subject of a class action suit against Samsung presently. The ice sticks then drops suddenly or sometimes water trickles out of the ice maker. We can't use the crushed ice option or it will get stuck and back up and ice goes all over inside the main compartment and/or out onto the floor. The ice maker takes up a huge amount of space in the main compartment, too. The way the shelving is constructed is very unhandy. We tried various configurations and it always seems that there is wasted space and a lack of space at the same time. The "snack drawer" is handy, but definitely not a necessity. I wish we had gone with the LG, like we had previously. It had a great water/ice dispenser, lots of room (the ice maker is in the door) and an extra ice maker in the freezer compartment. I am so disgusted with this Samsung refrigerator that when we needed to replace our washer and dryer recently, I wouldn't even look at the Samsung models. We'll never buy another one. Save your money!

I like the fridge, but the storage in the door is a waste unless you have short things. You can only put tall things on the right side at the bottom. Can’t put anything tall on the top door compartment cause it won’t close. The left side of the door is a waste cause of the ice maker. I had an older model and it had more room,but I didn’t have the flex drawer. I had the pantry select so the door compartments were bigger. But the ice machine stopped working about 1 1/2 years after owning it. So I hope this fridge the ice machine doesn’t go out. The freezer makes some loud noises sounding like ice dropping but it’s not. So far working well just wish the door design was better

This refrigerator is huge and offers lots of place. I love freezer storage place. This was a gresr purchase coming from old school side by side

Bias on this one tra saxtion ad i had a bad seed out if the patch. Loved the fridge a d its features. Very sleek and plenty of stirage but had it for 2 days and it would not get cold! Sansubg custoner service was bot the greatest.

The ice/water maker outlet has no light or removable tray to catch drips. Not as much fridge room as expected.

Great fridge. Love the comparments. Ice machine makes both cubed and crushed ice.

Overall great. We love it. So much room. Only thing is trying to get the bottom glass off to clean it is a little bit troublesome.

Im dissapointed. I had problems with the ice maker on my old fridge. It was freezing up more than average and when using the drawer to tske ice out it would drop ice on the floor. So decided to get a new fridge. Purchased this samsung fridge and the ice maker is so loud everytime it drops ice it wakes my infant up who is sleeping behind closed door in his room! Also instead of ice cubes like i have it set to, it is dropping crushed ice and its so crushed the acrual crushed setting dropps bigger pieces! If it wasnt for so much hassle with getting it thru the door in the house i would be returning it day 3. But i guess it is what it is. Just sucks i wasted over $2k

Great space inside. freezer partition I love it. adjustable selves are really handy when you have to put larger item inside.

Been good so far read may have ice maker problems so far so good.Never use crushed ice feature,Plenty of space

Very nice refrigerator, the features are well thought out and functional. A lot of extra space for big items.

The door that has the ice maker and water is kind of wasted space but other than that the only problem with it is that there are no shelf liners anywhere for it. But it has lots of space for the freezer.

So far, our fridge is working beautifully. Really like the flex drawer as we put all our beverages in it. The ice maker and water dispenser works great. No issues yet.

Had some issues with the delivery but those are getting resolved. The middle drawer does not work well in the freezer mode. May have service to see if the refrigerator has an y problems causing that.

Love this fridge! Easy to see and grab everything as compared to side by side refrigerators. My only con is that some of the shelving is short so it’s only good for smaller containers - not a lot of bottle storage on doors.

The space inside and number of areas and compartments makes it easy too organize separating products while controlling zone temps. Had a nice sleek look too.
