The geek squad installed it. They where the best even the headache that it caused. 10/10 would buy again. Beat buy you have a customer for life.

I had to call Samsung on lifting it. Then Tried to take out bottom shelf to clean and couldn't do it. Called Samsung and they sent video and my husband and I couldn't do it. They are having some company call me and still waiting on call. Horrible design. Why would someone make it so difficult to take out a shelf. It should be so simple. Still waiting on help to get it out.

Has double doors, large bottom freezer. Looked around first at different stores. But Best Buy had the one I liked at the best price.
