Product was late coming in twice and there is a dent in the water and ice door . Have to jump through hoops to get any kind of compensation for a dented door.

Fridge missing a door shelf. Installation was not complete, we noticed a missing shelf never installed on the refrigerator door. We try to contact back the installation group and never have a returned answer.

I love this fridge, the ice maker drawer could be bigger that's my only dislike. I love the beeping sensor which tells me fridge is not shut all the way.

When we decided to purchase a new refrigerator, we decided to go with Samsung because of the good reviews and our experience with Samsung in the past. Our current fridge is almost 20 years old, and we really wanted to try all of the latest features. First, the stainless steel finish is great. It doesn't leave smudges as much as my older stainless steel appliances. We also like the size of this fridge. It is huge and holds so much stuff! I wasn't quite sure what I would think about the bottom freezer style of this appliance as well as the extra middle drawer. But we love it!!! The middle drawer is great for my daughter's snacks, and cans of soda and other drinks fit perfectly and are kept wonderfully cool. I like being able to adjust the temperature of each section. The main reason we got this refrigerator is the feature of the ice and water in the drawer, especially the crushed ice option. We were not disappointed with these features! I love crushed ice, and the ice that is produced from this dispenser is so soft. It almost rivals the nugget ice you can get at restaurants! The only slight negative with the ice is that it takes a while for the ice to get properly crushed. It even sometimes takes a bit to dispense just the regular cubed ice. But the option of crushed ice is worth the wait! We also like that you can lock the water/ice dispenser in order to clean it. The only other slight negative about this fridge is that there is not a lot of door space in the refrigerator section. Some of our larger condiments don't fit too well because of the way we have the shelves situated. This isn't a big deal, though, since there is so much room in the rest of the of fridge. Overall, this was a great purchase for us, and we are enjoying it!

Worst purchase ever. I want my money back. They've replaced the ice maker 2 times and it still leaks. I also had to replace the whole door because the flapper to release the ice wouldnt stop flapping. The refrigerator is only 3 years old.

Always loved Samsung things. But got this fridge this morning. And it’s being 12 hours since assembly and it’s not coiling at all, the fridge and the freezer are at room temp

I didn’t think I needed the extra drawer, but it turned out to be a great idea! It can be used as either a fridge or a freezer, and we keep our cans there, which saves us a lot of space. The overall storage capacity is excellent, and the layout makes it very practical. I’m really happy with this refrigerator!

this refrigerator is beautiful and very efficient. it has a very low noise work, it has a big refrigerator, a big freezer with an internal extra drawer and between both there are a very useful drawer called flexzone with an intermediate temperature,nice for beers, sodas, cheese,etc. no leaks from water/ice compartment (very common in others brands). easy access to all parts due to its big doors and drawers. alarm for door open. a very useful app to refrigerator control using samsung smartthings via internet.

The Fridge is a good beginners fridge for apartments and new home owners. The space and design is great and can store a lot of items. However, what I have learned is the water and ice dispenser does not have a light and can make it hard to see at night. The interior lighting could have been brighter when compared to other fridges. Nonetheless the fridge is a good fridge for the price, keeps things cold and had great storage compartments.

I bought this refrigerator at an excellent price during Black Friday last year. So far the performance of the refrigerator has been excellent. The refrigerator itself is spacious and well designed; the icemaker and water dispenser both work reliably. The temperature control is good and I enjoy the four drawer design that allows me to grab a cold drink with ease.

Have only had a month but so far so good. Lots of compliments on the look. Lots of space and I love having the extra middle drawer to separate different foods. There is a separate temperature control for the refrigerator, crisper drawer and freezer. Easy to clean and beautiful finish. Just hope they fixed the icemaker problems from last year. This is the new model. Delivery and setup was quick and professional.

Above all, I made a good purchase. The refrigerator is very quiet, cools perfectly, and the design is really nice for the price I paid. I highly recommend the item.

This is our first drawer refrigerator. As nice as it looks, after 4 months of use, we don't like it's functionality and plainly, we don't get used to it. Spills are not easy to clean on drawers, specially the front side of the drawers. The shelves on the door by the Ice Maker are wasted space and not very useable. The button to switch from Water to Ice or Crushed Ice has to be pressed twice to select. The push bracket to get water or ice is very hard to push for paper or plastic cups. For us, the bottom freezer drawer is too deep and makes it complicated searching for food. The additional freezer drawer is always banging against something and keeps getting stuck with containers or bags. The Ice maker container is very small so, many times, in a simple social gathering we end up running out of ice and having to run to the store to get extra ice. The Ice maker gets frost too often. Inside the ice tray the ice bridges to a point we have to keep punching the ice down to keep it moving. The icemaker is slow, works poorly and quite noisy. On the cubed ice selection, it spits and shreds ice, struggles to dispense. The ice pieces have a weird frost on them. We read reviews on the Icemaker, and many have reported faults with it. The Flex Zone drawer cannot be used as freezer, doesn’t cool enough. We like the capacity and the outside look, but we are holding our breath on how long the the Ice Maker is going to last. We called Best Buy to see if we could return, exchange or trade but they said we exceeded our 15 day trial period. If anyone reading this review, still likes this fridge, PLEASE find me. I can assure you will get a good deal.

Very nice refrigerator with lots of space in the fridge and freezer. The disappearing shelf is convenient for taller items and the ice and water in the door is essential. Also we purchased it on the Labor Day sale and the price was great.
