Like the ref. but would like to be able to remove the ice tray to fill coolers during the summer. the finish is better than the ones before if the grandkids are here because the fingerprints do not show as bad.

We purchased this because of its "flexZone" compartment, which has a setting named "meat". According to the factory specification. the temperature is 30 F, and the manufacturer claims that it keeps meat longer. We intend to use it for cooked meat and fish. We received the frig about 40 days ago, the Best Buy deliver people set the refrigerator to 37 F and freezer to 0 F, the factory recommendation. I set the FlxZone to "meat" , and place about 3 ounces of water in a plastic container there for several days. The water never freezes. I called the Samsung service technician came out to help. He checked that all software are up-to date. He recommended lower the Refrigerator section temperature to 35 F. The water in FlexZone still not freeze after several days. I also lower the Freezer temperature to -2 F, it does not work either. In conclusion, yhe FlexZone does not live up to what the manufacturer claims.

It’s good. But price is too expensive when it’s not in deal.

Space is just right. The middle drawer is very convenient. Ice produced rather quickly. All in all good after one week.

I love this item. I had a white Samsung of the same design that was 8 years old. Nothing wrong with it but I just wanted everything to match. My range and dishwasher were 17 years old and needed to be replaced. I decided to purchase a matching refrigerator. I appreciate the rework of the ice maker. My previous on had a little space between the wall and the ice unit. This caused problems with the ice auger freezing up. I would need to use a hair dryer to free it up. The newer model addressed this issue. I also like the temp controls on the inside wall and not on the outside of the door as the older one had. This is nice. I like the black stainless. If you have water issues you could show white scale or residue a little easier
