If I could change one thing it would be the crushed ice function- it takes it a hot minute to give a decent amount of ice. But really, overall it’s a great fridge/freezer.

I have called and spoken to 10+ people, spent over 8 hours trying to get help and no one can or will assist me. Each time I call I'm either put on hold or transferred. Each geek squad person I talk to tells me something different, and their "special forces" is absolutely unreachable. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced hands down. Awful. I will be telling everyone I know about this and not to do business with Best Buy.

We have had no issues with it so far. The Best Buy Geek Squad got here on time, got it installed, and cleaned up after themselves within 30 minutes. They did very well.
