The first thing I noticed when I plugged it in was how light and bright it was. There are no dark corners. Every spot is bright and easy to see within the fridge. The exterior is very sleek looking. I love the feel of the handles. The overall exterior design makes it easy to clean as there are no groves to worry about. The stainless steel is easy to upkeep with the fingerprint resistant finish. The shelves are very easy to move around to fit your sizing needs. I can’t believe how much this refrigerator holds. After moving all of my items from my old refrigerator to this one, I still have a lot of extra space. The right side door has a lot of bin space. The left side door is limited due to the ice maker. The bins on the left side don’t hold a lot, but you can tuck a few smaller things in them. The ice maker is easy to operate. I found that once it was hooked up, it made ice very quickly. The dispenser has 3 choices...water, cubed ice and crushed ice. I just have to choose which one I want and it quickly dispenses into the glass. My favorite thing about the refrigerator is the pull out 4th drawer. I wasn’t sure if it was something I needed, but now that I have it, I wouldn’t go without it. The Flexzone is great because I can choose what temperature I want the drawer set at, depending upon what I put in it. Personally, I like to use it for my beverages. When someone wants a soda they don’t have to rummage through the whole refrigerator, they can just pull open that drawer for easy access. The divider within the drawer helps keep everything organized. The freezer drawer is great too. I like the extra pull out shelf within the freezer. Another bonus for keeping things organized. Overall, I love this refrigerator. Looks great and works great! Highly recommend!

Best buy delayed delivery 2 times and when they came to home only one guy who was exhausted and made some scratches to fridge and didn't explain anything. Asked us to read the manual book!!! REALLY !! This Refrigerator is working good so far but it's NOT FINGERPRINT RESISTANT. I can see fingerprint all over the Refrigerator. I wish BESTBUY can improved delivery service and product description.!!!

You have tree different areas and you can set at three different temperatures that's a big plus. Very happy with this purchase.

First, the ice gets clogged in the chute coming down and backs up. Second, the ice that gets left in the chute melts over time and we end up with water all over the floor. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator with this type of ice maker configuration.

Let us help you prevent the ice from clogging up and causing a leak.
When ice isn't being dispensed regularly, it can clump together in the ice bucket, which will cause trouble dispensing because it can get stuck in the chute. Please make time every other week to dump the ice out so the ice maker can produce fresh ice.
