After arriving and before placing the refrigerator, the installers told us this refrigerator would stick out way to far for it to be beneficial for use decently. They suggested that it would be better on our part if we were to call and get the "Counter-Depth" model to fit our kitchen better. Which we upon so did and they left at that point, taking this refrigerator back to the store with them.

We still love our purchase. So happy I came to Best Buy for my purchases. We will continue to buy products from Best Buy for years to come. The service from the Hoover location was excellent. You can’t beat the prices and this was an awesome experience for my husband and I. I would recommend this appliance to all my family.

black stainless finish does not last

It scratches off easily and will not last. As a fridge, it works great, but cosmetically it won't look like new.

We understand that over time, wear and tear, of home appliances takes its toll on the overall appearance of the unit; hence, the creation of the Bespoke line where panels can be replaced at a much lower cost.
Alternatively, before the Bespoke panels were introduced, Samsung has touch-up paints for cosmetic repair. I have shared the website of our authorized distributor for parts and accessories below. Visit their website and check out the touch-up paints available.

Bottom glass Fridge drawers

U are not told how to remove the glass drawers u needed to u-tube it to learn
