The sales representative was very professional and customer focused. I was able to share with him what our needs were for the new refrigerator, and he expertly narrowed the focus to three exceptional choices. We have now owned our new Samsung refrigerator for a month and are thrilled with the purchase. I would highly recommend the product as well as Best Buy as the store to buy at.

Due to Labor Day sale pricing, I decided to upgrade and am happy with that decision. The main features that this unit was lacking was metal cooling (aesthetically pleasing), dual zone cooling, showcase door, and an auto-fill water pitcher.
