Unable to determine if source of problem is defective appliance or improper installation that was completed by GEEK Squad. New appliance scheduled for delivery 7/3/19. When properly installed etc will be able to properly evaluate operation etc. of appliance.

I am also a little disappointed because the salesman told me that I could select to have it as an additional freezer, which is not true.
