Great design but terrible refridgerator

It was not repair but delivery, they had no parts. Had to wait for part. In meantime, refrigerator NEVER kept proper temp in any of the compartments. Fridge never below 39 should be 37, flex drawer 42 should be 37and freezer 8 to 10, should be 0, yet control always showed what should have been proper temp. Wen to store and to return and purchase different fridge. Then corona virus hit. Now stuck with poor functioning fridge and I have no idea when the new one will be delivered. The account says I am now past the 15 say window to return the new one if there is a problem. What a nightare.

Great Purchase and Service

Best Buy provided essential items considering they possess their own warehouses instead of manufacture direct shipping. They also price matched which made the decision even easier and beneficial for me.

Trips GFCI

Came home to spoiled meat! Contacted Samsung support and the only thing they can recommend is to plug the fridge in a non GFCI outlet which will not pass code for the garage.

Also top left shelf has no support beam so anything remotely heavy making it sag.

Item was priced right and delivery was great. The refridge is very good, no complaints. My wife likes the draw feature.

The freezer stays at 0. The refrigerator temp fluctuates & would not stay at 37 until we put to 34. Staying near 37 is important.

The delivery guys were awesome! They hooked me up with customer service and we were able to come to terms I agreed with!! Love the fridge and the delivery guys!!

APP is almost impossible to use as they don’t want you to have a safety VPN or fire wall on device and creates a “fridge” Wi-Fi that conflicts with your home one. 2. Freezer door designed to have a “door bin” to hold smaller item as pull out draw in freezer only goes so far do to that bin should be there but they say it is an accessory now ( had it on model this one replaced) but seems no way to purchase it. Best Buy did give us a $150 gift card but rather have the door bin,
