Like my refrigerator so far. Missing in the door place for milk and similar products.

they professional installed refrigerator with no mess, they did not need the water line and i was told the money would be refunded to my card in 10 days, but that never happend

I was promised a delivery in two days but the finance department canceled the order due to a credit problem but I purchased this with cash

Excellent overall, great lighting, easy access to middle drawer and freezer, not so easy to reach the back of the upper shelf, great icemaker! Overall greatly satisfied.

I love the fridge just wish it had a light in the flex zone drawer

This refrigerator broke after 1 1/2 years with the common ice flap door problem. Seems to be very common. Samsung warranty is only one year. The third party samsung repair service is very hard to get in contact with as well. If you buy a samsung refrigerator get the best buy extended warranty, you will need it.

The delivery process was not a good experience. The delivery man refused to unload the frig. Because my furniture was in the way. I’m not able to move furniture due to health issues. So after a few snippy remarks on his part, he left with the frig. still on the truck. He stated some one would call and they would deliver it the next day, that never happened. I canceled the order.

I have been vary happy with all of the help I get from all of the Best Buy sales team and Geek Squad.

So far it is very nice, and it's function are working properly

My wife loves her new fridge, we need more space and it fit the bill.

Love the middle drawer, using it all those regular stuff, bread, cheese, snacks...

Still leaves hand spots... it does not do what it says it does.... it’s supposed to be anti fingerprint resistant ... it’s not

Went to Best Buy to look for a new fridge after ours went on. Had the best prices and very friendly and helpful associates. Will definitely be doing more business with Best Buy.

We waited 4 months to receive this refrigerator (supply issues). Please be advised that the surface scratches very easily. The door handle edges are very sharp, so be very careful when you install them yourself (due to COVID, Best Buy won't do it). Any slip and your frig will be scratched. Very disappointing! Otherwise, so far we have been happy with it. Have had it less than a week.

The refrigerator looks good and functions properly. Bestbuy provided excellent service. Delivery was on time. I highly recommended to buy from Bestbuy.

Can’t complain! I love the fridge! It makes a tone when you leave the door open for a while and then the lights starts to flash too. Control everything inside the fridge. Awesome!

However I’m having issues with the ice ... it’s not breaking when I select the crushed option

We absolutely love our new refrigerator and it’s functions . We have so much room and so many good features.

The icemaker only produces crushed ice unless you remove the metal bar on the ice bin. I had the Samsung service out to confirm what I already knew, that being the icemaker has a horrible design. Even after he removed the metal arm which disabled across ice function, it still crashes the ice when it hits the metal auger and so it spits ice all over the refrigerator so you basically have to clean it every time you use the icemaker. Samsung won’t do anything about it because they say it’s not defective, it’s just a bad design.
