Great value for the money.

A comparable fridge with the same capacity, similar features was $3,200 in most appliance places in town. So saved about 1/3 of the cost.

It seems to be quite nice, very simple to operate. On a picky note, i do wish it hsd different size ice, but most refrigerators have this style nw days.

Contacted store I purchased it from and Samsung corporate....and one says the part exists...and the other says it doesn't. Very frustrating

They've replaced the ice maker 2 times and it still leaks. I also had to replace the whole door because the flapper to release the ice wouldnt stop flapping. The refrigerator is only 3 years old.

Not impressed with Best Buy’s repair program. The installer placed styrofoam under the wheel as a fix and recommended I place a wooden shim as a permanent solution for my new $3k fridge.
