Fridge is overall great, but disappointed that the listing says it has a water dispenser light, but my fridge does not have one. How would I go about getting on or should mine have come with it.

Very nice refrigerator, same style as the one we replaced. This one has a very simple ice maker, like how the handles tilt up when you pull on them. Install company was great, we had 4 items and everything went well.

Refrigerator was purchased for its slate color primarily, but is performing well. My one concern is that the drip trough under the water dispenser was not designed well. It tilts outward. If water drips, it will run down the front of the refrigerator. This happened several times after it was first installed, but has stopped now.

I love my new refrigerator! I can open the doors and see everything that’s in there. The lights inside I like stage lights! Everything can be so organized. And I love the Tuscan color.

I’ve had this Samsung refrigerator for 3 years and needed 2 repairs that I had to pay for. I do not recommend Samsung.

Terrible fridge. Icemaker was producing frost covered uneven ice. The crushed ice would clog the Shute 4 repair attempts by factory. Finally insisted full refund for purchase.

Such a great product, the second zone is so nice for keeping my deli meat and items at a separate temp. My old one had the drawer and it just sucked.

We just love this fridge! It has taken a bit to get used to the different size and how to find room for leftovers. But I did buy a bunch of baskets to keep it organized and I love how it’s looking! I also love how the shelf can slide back to make room for taller/larger items (like my wine)! I’m so glad I went with the one with the middle drawer, it’s so convenient to just slide open that one drawer instead of having to open the whole fridge when I’m making lunches! I do wish it had space for more ice, it doesn’t make much, which hasn’t been an issue yet, but will when we want to fill our ice chest.

We have only had this fridge for 3 days. It seems to be quite nice, very simple to operate. On a picky note, i do wish it hsd different size ice, but most refrigerators have this style nw days.

This is the best refrigerator I ever have. This is enough big and is easy to order all food and drinks in. Even in my old freezer, everything looked like a disorder but in my new freezer, everything is in the correct place. Nice refrigerator!!!!

the Flex drawer is just another refrigerator drawer. It really doesn't flex much in temperature. Had lunch meat go bad in it. I've had the refrigerator for 15 months and the ice maker has already gone out. You HAVE to turn the water off to the refrigerator in order to change out the water filter. And the refrigerator is extremely hard to move. So I have to turn it off at the road. Don't buy this!!!

Bought this as an open box fridge (fair) and was basically in brand new condition for a fraction of the original price. Very nice fridge with smart notifications.

Very nice Appliance, great features without braking the bank. A comparable fridge with the same capacity, similar features was $3,200 in most appliance places in town. So saved about 1/3 of the cost.

Place for the refrigerator in my kitchen is a little small but it works. So nice having the water & ice!! Love it so far.

Amazingly, this expensive refrigerator doesn't come with a simple ice dispensing guide...so when you go to get ice, expect a mess on the floor. Contacted store I purchased it from and Samsung corporate....and one says the part exists...and the other says it doesn't. Very frustrating
