Lots of space. Configurations for the drawers and shelves make sense. Easy to adjust settings and change the filter. I like the water dispenser inside the door. Best fridge I ever owned.

The refrigerator is quite large, the freezer compartment is definitely larger than my previous french door fridge -- but it was only 26 cu. ft. compared to this 28 cu. ft. model. It's quiet and located in a totally open concept, living, dining, kitchen layout so that's a plus. It is working well and I'm very pleased with the mechanical function, but... I struggled mightily trying to adjust a left glass shelf to a different height that it's right side of the pair and after 20 minutes, cussing a lot under my breath I gave up. ALL of the shelves internal, on the doors and in the freezer, including the ice bin are taped in place with white tape. the glass shelves have are taped in place on the "hooks" in the back -- and they are taped together! I didn't expect it or see it until the unit had been running a while because we had just moved from the opposite N-S side of the country and didn't have any fresh or frozen food to deal with. Frozen tape is nearly impossible to remove and since I couldn't remove the freezer drawer completely I had a very difficult time. Once I did get ONE of the refrigerator shelves out, it flat out wouldn't fit at the level I wanted it to because the shelf above it blocked me being able to insert the tab next tab in the back of the refrigerator. Yes, I thought, "Okay, take out the top shelf and put this one where I want it and then put the top shelf in. NOPE! I couldn't get the tape off of the two shelves and they were basically hooked together. I literally could NOT remove the top shelves, white tape held them together and to the back of the unit! I tried tweezers, I tried small needle nose pliers, I even considered a knife or a razor but I didn't want to scratch the finish on the shelves. I appreciate LG wanting things to be secure and avoid damage for shipping but they definitely should use colored tape (usually clear blue right???) and Best Buy could also have their delivery and set up people actually get the fridge ready to be used. That's another complaint. The 3-man team that delivered the refrigerator basically did NOTHING more that attach the water line -- not exactly a difficult thing to do and then left. They didn't install the handles -- told me it really should be done after the plastic was removed... well they wouldn't remove the plastic wrap on the exterior of the refrigerator -- another thing LG took to an extreme level. It took me over 30 minutes to peel all of it off and it was literally tucked into the seams between the metal exterior and the plastic door frame. Needle nose pliers and tweezers were needed to get it all off because it kept tearing at the seam. All in all I spent well over an hour just trying to get tape and plastic off of the refrigerator and then install the handles myself. I'm a 66 year old grandma, still unpacking boxes, and I have to get down on the floor so I can see where the miniature allen wrench/hex key needed to go to attached the freezer handle. I give the fridge 4 stars strictly due to the hassle to remove the tape and not being able to adjust the shelves the way I want them... despite the fact they are supposed to be able to located independently of each other. I don't believe in knocking stars off of a product review because of a bad experience with an installation or delivery -- that issue has nothing to do with how well the product functions. It's a good refrigerator and is roomy and quiet. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time getting it ready to be used, installing the handle and trying to figure out how to adjust the "adjustable" shelves.

Overall a great fridge with plenty of room. Still adjusting to the bottom pull out freezer...it has enough space so far but challenging to arrange items. Cannot comment on the water since it was not hooked up...delivery people could not change the plastic line to the one Best Buy sold us. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the left door has to be shut first or it clunks into the right door... we will all eventually adjust since everyone loves the spaciousness of the fridge.

Amazing unit, very compact outside but spacious on the outside. The water dispenser on the inside keeps it looking slick in the outside. The ice maker is also discreet but highly functional. Is super silent barely making a hum when running. Even though I love the water dispenser inside, I can see it been a con to some giving you need to open it to get water and in a busy family that often gets water this mean the door will be constantly open and closing just to get water from it.

Love the room in this frig. It is very nice-looking and resists finger prints. Freezer could be a bit bigger, but otherwise I really love it. Only problem was delayed delivery and then they left the frig sitting in the middle of my kitchen, saying it did not fit in the frig space. A couple of days later, a friend easily got the frig in the space provided for it.

Great size and great lights. The ice maker and water dispenser work great.

Love this frig, it’s so spacious, and beautifully designed

This is a large capacity fridge but is barely bigger than the old 25 cu ft model. I really like the placement of the water dispenser on the inside of the door. The stainless steel seems remarkably finger print resistant. Good temperature control on both freezer and fridge. Seems to make plenty of ice.

I bought this refrigerator to replace a 7 year old Samsung Fridge that died. Although it is cheaper than our old fridge, I really like it and it fits what we need. Pros: -Water/ice on inside of fridge prevents spillage in front and down the fridge. Also, those front door ice makers always tend to break -Very roomy even -Doors fit gallon size which is wonderful Cons: -Our cheese drawer is pretty flimsy and can be pesky to close sometimes -the only other con with is a bad flaw in the design is that if you happen to open the freezer drawer at the time ice is falling in the maker it doesn’t stop it from falling….meaning your ice falls behind the freezer. It has happened a few times and it makes me so mad. Otherwise, we love our fridge!

Overall rating is 5 stars. Lots of room, easy to organize. My only complaint is that if you open the freezer door at the EXACT time the ice is dropping into the ice bin, the ice might drop down to the floor below the fridge and not make it in the bin. If you have hardwood in your kitchen this could cause water damage under the fridge. Or you could just spend time fishing the ice cubes out. It’s happened several times in the month I’ve had it. Other than that I love it, love the water inside the door, can fit my large Yeti and Hydroflask under it, also fills the coffee pot nicely as well.

Got this model on sale during black friday for under $1300 and I feel like I got a great deal. The fridge has so far exceeded my expectations. It's spacious and ergonomic and looks great. I prefer that it doesn't have external water and ice dispenser as I have small children. It is much quieter than I expected, but we will see how long that lasts. Admittedly, I don't have the water line hooked up yet so my review could change if those don't perform as intended. I had to remove all the doors to get it into place, but it was extremely easy to do. I couldn't imagine paying list price for this model, since it's pretty basic. But for what I needed, this has been a better than anticipated purchase.

Our 13-year old refrigerator's compressor started making some severe noises. So, goodbye old and hello Samsung. If we knew how much we'd like this refrigerator, we would have NOT waited for the old one to give up the ghost. First, we LOVE the internal water dispenser. No more water on the kitchen floor. Secondly, having the two wide swing doors on the upper 2/3rds of the refrigerator makes it easy to store those extra extra wide trays we get once in awhile. Nice touch having the temperature gauges always digitally showing the refrig at 37 degrees and the freezer at 0. Also, the layout of the refrig is superlative. Next, the set up of the freezer at the bottom works perfectly. If you purchase this beauty, you'll be very happy as we are.

Love this refrigerator, very open, the food stays fresh past expiration date. The water dispenser is a nice touch never drips. The freezer is very roomy and well lit. I am very happy with this purchase.

We have been using this fridge for a couple weeks now and love it. Very quiet and looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen we bought the black stainless finish as the solid black was not available on some items we purchased. Now that we have it in our home I am very pleased with the look. I am not a big fan of the stainless but took a chance on the black stainless and was not disappointed. Inside the fridge love the access to the water filter, much more convenient, on our old unit I had to get on the floor to change the filter.

this refridgerator has so much room and I really like that the water dispenser inside the door. Its very quiet, you don't even hear it.

Quiet and spacious. Has everything you need for a fridge. Paid $1400, which I thought was the best deal you could get for a full size 28 cu.

I love this Refrigerator. It's spacious, keeps everything cold and looks nice. I really like the water and ice inside instead of the dispenser on the outside and I like the extra space inside where our old samsung had the ice maker and water dispenser stuff inside the fridge on the tope shelf area so it could dispense to the outside of the fridge. I like that the water filter is near the front of the inside of the fridge, for easy replacement when needed--our old one had it in the very back of the fridge. Now, just keeping my fingers crossed that it keeps working for many years!
