Enjoying this Samsung refrigerator. It's quiet, roomy, and like the internal water dispenser. Great frige.

We’ve had this fridge for about a month now. It fits our needs and overall is really amazing. Freezer is full of ice cream :) The drawer freezer works well. Easy to get things and interesting. The fridge is stocked and holds a lot. Internal water works and pours fast. We have been loving this fridge and it fits our needs perfect. I was skeptical about the drawer at first but this thing is awesome!!!! If you are looking for anything for your home newer go Samsung!

We went from a much smaller fridge/freeze and are very happy with this purchase, We did have yo take one of the shelf’s one the left hand side off to fit bigger items, which is easy to do with this fridge. Freezers as a drawer are definitely harder to keep organized. It ends up looking like a junk drawer after a while, Nothing freezes in the fridge and nothing feels soft in the freezer so it works perfectly.

I love this fridge. I wasn’t sure how I would like the internal water dispenser because the pictures look like it’s just on the side of the main part of the fridge but it’s actually on the inside of the door and is very convenient. The ice maker produced ALOT of ice which is great. This fridge is also very spacious and the lighting is really lovely. Overall very happy with this purchase! We’ve had it for about a month now and it’s probably the best fridge we’ve owned.

Lots of room. Ice maker in bottom freezer section opens up additional space in fridge area. Very quiet operation.

Very nice and amazing fridge. Wife loved it. The one we saw at store has a water pitcher located at the water section, ours didn't come with it! We loved that the water section is inside the fridge at door. Only concern is that the sides of the unit got very hot after and hour being installed and delivered to our home. Is that normal? Overall its great, amazingly spacious and its functional.

After about 3 weeks, I can say this refrigerator is excellent so far. The cooling power is amazing and it has great features with plenty of capacity for the price. The icemaker is working perfectly, the surface finish and color is very nice, and the water dispenser has been trouble free. The only thing I would possibly like to see improved is the lighting. it could be a tad brighter or, perhaps, better dispersed with a couple extra lights.

Excellent size providing tons of space for family of four. Love that the water dispenser is inside preventing the kids from making a mess. The side baskets on the doors are a really good size. Looks really attractive. Even warns you if you leave the door open too long. Only thing to look out for is an almost identical model with a water pitcher built in. This model doesn’t come with the pitcher. Overall a great product so far.

I've had it for over a year. It runs perfectly and has lots of space. I'm really happy with my unit so far.

Love the size and the features. I really do love the water dispenser. I never liked the dispensers that were on the outside as that would usually include an ice dispenser which takes up entirely too much space in the fridge area. I did get this because it was larger than other options available so it may not be for everyone but if you have a need for a large fridge then this is a great option.

So far so good as I've only had this for about 3-4 weeks. I'm actually on my second one. I purchased this as I was moving into a new house. It was delivered and I thought it was working fine. Since I wasn't living at the house yet, it took me a couple of days to notice that it wasn't really cold. Temp was cool in the fridge & freezer. Ice wouldn't freeze. The temp on the display showed 37 degrees and 0 for the freezer. I unplugged and restarted and it didn't improve. I called Geek Squad and talked to someone that was a former repairman and he talked me through a few things to check. He confirmed that it wasn't working and would need to be repaired but there wasn't any availability for over 2 weeks. Since I was under the 14-day return I went back to Best Buy. The process was easy and they scheduled a new one within 2 days. This one is working great. Since I purchased this during COVID I know parts are hard to come by and things are being rushed to production so I'm not surprised that the first one didn't work. I gave it 5 stars due to the customer service at the time of purchase and then the exchange. Aside from the first one not working, I haven't found anything to complain. I've got plenty of storage and I love the design.

It fit perfectly where i needed it. Plenty of space!

I had to wait couple of months because I found it on sale; would've paid more if I hadn't waited along with warranty, but I'm glad I waited. It replaced a 20 yr Samsung. I love it!!! Has SO MUCH SPACE!!!! INCLUDING THE FREEZER. I love the water and it's ice!!! No problems so far.

This is a great fridge, we couldn't be happier with how much storage it provides and it looks so sleek in the kitchen without an external water dispenser. It is no problem at all to use the internal one and there is more than enough ice in the bottom tray at all times.

We love our new fridge. The exterior looks great and fingerprint resistant SS keeps it looking good. The interior lighting is excellent and we really like the interior water dispenser with the ice maker in the freezer (door dispensers with ice take too much room in the main interior). The menu is easy to access and understand. Recommend!

Love my new fridge. It has plenty of ice and space in the freezer, and the internal water dispenser - all of the benefits of the outer water dispensers you usually see, but more storage space. Also really like that inside the fridge, there's a crisper-like drawer that I can use to store wine/drinks. Very happy with my fridge purchase.

Love the size and versatility of the refrigerator. The ONLY complaint I have regarding the refrigerator is that the water comes out VERY slowly, so you have to stand there for about 45 second to fill 1 large glass. More then one and the fridge starts beeping at you to close it. The other issue I had was that the installers did not hook up the water line, although I paid for delivery and installation. I was told that the copper water line (that was already in place) wasn’t right and asked if I had bought the additional plastic line and fittings. During checkout it was not prompted, and there was no follow up telling me it was needed. The installer told me I would need to then hire a plumber to finish hooking up my water line to refrigerator. Turned out, upon reading the manual that you should NOT use a plastic water line with this refrigerator, because of the likelihood of rupturing and causing water damage.
