This is an awesome product! So quiet you don't even hear it running. The refrigerator part is very spacious. The freezer is one of the biggest you will find. Does what it is supposed to do. If you like the design and features don't hesitate to buy it.

Fridge quality went downhill. The plastic components on the draws and shelves on the inside of the French doors are poor quality and the main draw in the fridge below shelves is not aligned. We had a 12 year old refrigerator made by lg in Korea that lasted all these years and the quality of materials was so much better. 2 days after receiving the refrigerator the freezer defrosted on its own? And we could not plug the refrigerator in a plug that was hooked to a gfi outlet, because it was being tripped all the time. The left top of the front door finish had scratches, that u could only see at an angle, despite being covered by plastic when delivered. For someone who never had a product made before by lg/Samsung May never know how good these products used to be before. The new fridge quality are so much inferior snd the price is $700-800 more.

This fridge was the only one I could find that had all of the features I wanted and was large enough for our family. However, it has been a disappointment. The first one brought to us didn't even work. Had to have an exchange over busy Thanksgiving holiday. The second one that was brought we had to already have a repair done on the fan, which was still under warranty. We've had the fridge just 2 years now, and it quit working a couple of weeks ago, of course, at the most inopportune time. We had to throw away food. It's out of warranty now. We tried all kinds of things to try and get it working again. Finally after a few days, it decided to start working again. But, I don't trust it. Samsung customer service stinks. Anyway, I wouldn't buy this again. Go with something else.

So far, after a month of service, this has been a great fridge. Took a little bit of time to get used to the temp adjustments (my wife and I are primitive folk who are trying to understand why we can't keep our Wooly Mammoth steaks on the nearest glacier.) Froze the OJ once or twice. Great performance since.

Refrigerator fits perfectly in our space. The Best Buy measurement tool definitely helped. The water dispenser in the fridge is great! It gives the refrigerator a sleek look on the outside that looks great in the kitchen. Great size!

We've had the fridge about a month now, and it's great! Definitely worth the money. I like the clean look of the front with the internal water dispenser and ice drawer in the freezer. It consistently has enough ice in it, and holds tons in both fridge and freezer sections.

Love this fridge! There is so much room in here without the ice maker in the fridge. I love that the water dispenser is on the inside of the fridge making it look more sleep on the outside. Best Buy did a great job at installation!

So far we love this refrigerator! The water and ice dispenser work perfectly and I love that they are hidden and secure inside the actual fridge. We kept all temps to factory settings. There is so much more space then we expected, especially in the freezer. Definitely exceeding our needs.

This fridge is awesome and just what we were looking for. From size to functionality, it suits our family perfectly. The price was a bit more than we were looking to spend. Also, the floor model included a water pitcher which we were very much looking forward to using. However, when the fridge was delivered without the water pitcher, I was very disappointed to find out that the water pitcher didn't actually come with our model. All in all, we are happy with the fridge itself.

We bought this to color match our kitchen, got rid of the old white fridge. We love the water on the inside of fridge. Ice is easily knocked out the back of the drawer when getting some, but that is minor. Love the no fingerprints, easy to clean.

We love our new refrigerator! It is very spacious inside. We love the fact that the water dispenser is inside the door since we have 2 younger children. Now we don't step on puddles of water near the fridge. The price was great too!

Has everything we needed and the internal water dispenser is great. Fills everything from a simple glass of water to a large water bottle easily.This affordable yet full featured refrigerator has ample space and is working perfectly.

This refrigerator works and looks great. The ice maker and water dispenser are so convenient. Everything is spaced nicely so you can see everything in the fridge. I'm super happy with this purchase

We have had our new Samsung refrigerator for about a month now and it is performing just perfectly. There is plenty of room in both the freezer and the refrigerated sections. It is so nice to not have fingerprints all over the doors.

Love this refrigerator! It is very spacious. Keeps water cold. It had a feature to let you know if you leave the door open which is really nice. Love the black stainless steel! Do easy to clean.

So far so good. Its quit and has a wounderful finish. Lots of space, like being able to move shelves around. Just have to get use to where I put things in it being different from my side by side I had before.

We needed a new refrigerator with a new baby on the way. This refrigerator has not only fulfilled our need for more room but the ease of access to everything inside. We were looking for refrigerator with a water dispenser but weren't a fan of it on the outside of the fridge. We don't like the water residue it leaves behind, with kids they like to play with the water, and then bugs have access to it. With it inside it keeps the fridge looking clean all the time. I have no complaints so far with this refrigerator.

I love this fridge. So much room I love the water dispenser inside the door. Easy to set the temp and it keeps everything cold.
