Very spacious and simple look with no protruding handles, door hinges on top are larger than i had noticed but just moved things around we kept on top before

Beautiful fridge! Gave 5 stars based on the product itself. When we received it however it was covered with protective plastic. The techs attempted to remove as much of it as possible, but couldn't get it all. I thought it would be easy to just tear the rest off myself, boy was I wrong!!! Seems like the parts were assembled after the plastic had been applied. There were plastic remnants hanging off the edges everywhere and when I tried to remove them it just got worse. I had to spend over an hour using a razor blade to try to cut it off cleanly. Infuriating and certainly nothing I had the time or patience for after dropping $1,200 on a refrigerator!! Still not perfect and I can see where there is still plastic is jammed in the seams of the doors. So disappointing!!! All this being said, again, the refrigerator is great and huge.

Pros: 1. Modern interface. 2. Large capacity. 3. Very quite compare to French door Whirlpool. Cons: 1. Unreliable, died after 4 years. 2. Get the 5 year service contract and be ready to replace it after 5 years.

Product is performing as expected. I have become a Samsung nerd. They manufacture an uncomplicated, quality product. Through Best Buy, I have purchased Samsung laundry, 3 smart TV’s and now a fridge. Would recommend all products .

Large capacity side by side. Easy access to both frozen and refrigerated foods. Hated bending down to get at the frozen foods

Love my new fridge!!! I love how it tells us when the door is open and that you can see the actual temperatures. There is so much room and I love that especially when I have to stock up when my boys are all home or during the holidays.

The delivery people did an exceptionable job. They had to remove two interior doors of the house and the doors on the fridge. Hats off to them !!

I love the use of space with this design. No need for water dispenser so I chose this model. All the compartments make it easy to store staples as well as large pots/pans. It looks good too with the hidden door handles. A great value for the price.

Difficult to review from now because it had a problem which is the right hand side was not cooling down properly I called Samsung service and they immediately initiated a service call which took seven days before I saw the technician but they sent repair parts ahead of time so technician would be able to repair immediately. The problem was one wire which was shorted and prevented the cooling fan from running. Now one week later the refrigerator is cooling at 34° as requested. Hopefully is very elegant And roomy refrigerator will run all the time without any problems. Technician stated there is a lack of quality control at the factory

Absolutely amazing refridgerator. Ive had it for 1 month and have had zero issues. Plus the wifi capabilities makes this even better.

So this is my second attempt with this fridge... First one didn't work at all from day one (wouldn't cool). Tech verified it was defective and swapped it out. Replacement will not make ice. Water exit that fills the ice tray is frozen shut. Just terrible design. Don't get this fridge. Two stars for appearance and space lol.

This fridge for the price is a good value for your money. My old fridge died after 20+ years and I needed a cheaper alternative. This fridge is very quiet and ideal for the 2nd fridge for your basement/garage.

We looked at several refrigerators and decided to go with this one because it was the perfect size for the spaces in our house, it was the best price, and it has its own ice maker.

Nice space inside the refrigerator and it can accommodate plenty of bottles. I like having the ice maker inside the freezer because it keeps water from dripping down the door. The absence of handles gives this refrigerator an uncluttered look. So far it cools like a charm.
