Bought a refrigerator 1/5/24. Still haven't received my order. Canceled delivery because they didn't receive from manufacturer. Deli ered but had a huge hole in the side of it so sent it back. Customer service never calls back when they say they will. Awful awful service. Will never buy from there again.

Love this fridge, doesn’t freeze over and is very quiet.

Terrible, terrible! Terrible product, terrible service. We’d rate it a zero if we could. Bought in April 2022. Freezer has spewed ice crystals and icicles almost since the beginning. Customer service was no help whatsoever. Never buying a Samsung refrigerator again.

I love this refrigerator! Best Buy didn’t deliver it though 7am - 7 pm as they said. So I had to buy it from Home Depot who did deliver it in a 4 hr window ! No one ever contacted me from BB awful service.

When we unboxed it, several dings and dents and we tried to ser up a return and they don’t service my area so we are stuff with a holes and ding marks all over the front of the fridge

Does a great job and meets the needs that we bought it for. There were some problems in delivery, not by Best Buy who brought it to the door and installed it but by Samsung in their initial delivery to distributor. There were some tiny dings which not might showcase well if examined closely but really not too noticeable on a day to day basis, which is the reason for the 4 stars. Best Buy did a great job installing and providing follow up options and we wound up with a credit as a result. The little dings won’t photograph well so no pictures included and overall they are pretty insignificant. We have kids and by now they’ve made their own contribution to the tiny ding population so we could care less. I can’t imagine too many flat stainless steel surfaces without some kind of tiny ding in a busy household. I would recommend but might want to look at an LG to avoid shipping issues if that’s a concern. But we are entirely happy with it and it actually stands up well to the pressures of a large family. Everything works and nothing has broken and we are going on a year. We are mostly concerned about the sturdiness of the shelves and drawers inside and they seem to be rugged and enduring. It’s also easy to clean both inside and out.

Almost 3 months since we purchased this fridge and we are very pleased with its operation. Easy to set up and easy to clean. The freezer has plenty of room which we love and the fridge makes it easy to see what you have in it. We feel we make the right choice and the pricing was competitive. Thanks Best Buy!

We chose this Samsung model for its sheer simplicity. We didn't need or want a door water dispenser. We did not connect the water line and instead use our small ice machine to fill the convenient tilt-out ice storage bin. This is a sleek appliance. Deep shelves allow for more-than-adequate food storage. Knew I would have to adjust to this refrigerator after having had our last one for 25 years but it turned out to be an easy adjustment. It has an alarm system for the door being open too long if that is handy for you. It has a digital temperature panel inside. The alarm, ice maker and temp controls can be locked to prevent changes by accidental touch.

My 9 year old GE refrigerator just gave out on us. I live in a 1933 home that I am upgrading piece by piece and sections at a time. I loved this frig especially for the price. I had it delivered 24hrs later, delivery guys were professional and amazing and in-housed, and frig started immediately to cool and freeze. When my children got home they screamed with excitement and called their friends and family about a refrigerator, lol. This refrigerator is perfect for my kitchen and family.

This a great refrigerator for the price. Easy to see all the items on the shelfs. But it you don't have it stalled, asked the delivery person to take it off the platform.

Great deal! The best part about this side by side is the ice maker is in the door leaving a lot of room for the freezer. Other models take up a good portion of the to top where this one does not.

We have bought several items from Best Buy and have not had a bad experience. Sales staff and knowledgeable and helpful. This refrigerator/freezer is just what we wanted; very spacious but easy to reach everything. Delivery crew were courteous and friendly.

My new Samsung Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator was an outstanding choice for all of my needs. It is large and 3 of the shelves are tall enough for my large pitchers of ice tea and milk cartons. I love it! The ice maker is efficient making plenty of the ice I need daily. It is beautiful and quiet. I can easily get to all my refrigerator items. What a great product and I am so very pleased!

So sleek and beautiful, so quiet and modern looking. Icemaker performs beautifully but I do have to say that the delivery guys did not hook up the water to the icemaker and so I had a flood underneath the refrigerator after a few days. My husband was able to connect the water to the icemaker. But Best Buy handled it well when I complained to customer service. But that’s beside the point the refrigerator is fantastic! I really really love it and it makes my kitchen look great!

I love this fridge and freezer combo! The ice maker works great! I love the warning sound that the fridge has been open too long. The smart system on this fridge works great on my phone. It sends notifications if the doors are open and let's you know the temp in the freezer and fridge.

Hi there I went with this Samsung refrigerator because I love the brand. I have purchased Samsung phones and Samsung TVs over the years. I have found them to be reliable. All my Samsung TVs have been bought at Best Buy and they are still going strong in my house. That is why I went with the fridge. I can trust trust that both Best Buy and Samsung will deliver and honor the transaction. My Samsung phones purchased through T Mobile and I have purchased several phones from the Samsung Note series. I find these phones to be of high quality and a great value, just like the TVs. Now for the delivery process I bought this at the end of 2023 for $999, and added the hook up, and removing fee of my fridge and it came out to a little over $1,200. The delivery crew was professional and was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and answered by questions about the fridge, so I thanked and tipped them when they left. Best Buy will give you a timeframe to meet them, and they arrived in the timeframe I was given, without an issue. The delivery process was great, now I can tell you about the fridge. It is a silver and sleek design. I enjoy looking at it every time I get something out of it. One side is the refrigerator and one side is the freezer. This is the 1st time I have purchased a refrigerator like this. I am usually used to the top part being the freezer, and the bottom part being the refrigerator. This means I can store more groceries in the freezer, and can have more storage for drinks in the refrigerator part. I can easily fit 30 TV dinners, frozen nuggets, pizza rolls, steamers, and there is still extra room. I am able to do this,as this model has ample shelving. The other side is full of gallons of drinks, condiment selves, dairy, and there are 2 sliding drawers which one is reserved for fruits and vegetables, and the other meats. Even with all that stored, I still have space to add more. It easily stores food for a family of 3-4 I don't usually take the time to write surveys, but when Best Buy emailed me, I decided to do it because I have been very pleased with the delivery, and quality of this refrigerator. Best Buy and Samsung are both brands I trust and have gone back and been a customer again many times over. I will continue to do business with both because I like and trust these brands. Due to everything written above I highly recommend this refrigerator
