Hi there I went with this Samsung refrigerator because I love the brand. I have purchased Samsung phones and Samsung TVs over the years. I have found them to be reliable. All my Samsung TVs have been bought at Best Buy and they are still going strong in my house. That is why I went with the fridge. I can trust trust that both Best Buy and Samsung will deliver and honor the transaction. My Samsung phones purchased through T Mobile and I have purchased several phones from the Samsung Note series. I find these phones to be of high quality and a great value, just like the TVs. Now for the delivery process I bought this at the end of 2023 for $999, and added the hook up, and removing fee of my fridge and it came out to a little over $1,200. The delivery crew was professional and was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and answered by questions about the fridge, so I thanked and tipped them when they left. Best Buy will give you a timeframe to meet them, and they arrived in the timeframe I was given, without an issue. The delivery process was great, now I can tell you about the fridge. It is a silver and sleek design. I enjoy looking at it every time I get something out of it. One side is the refrigerator and one side is the freezer. This is the 1st time I have purchased a refrigerator like this. I am usually used to the top part being the freezer, and the bottom part being the refrigerator. This means I can store more groceries in the freezer, and can have more storage for drinks in the refrigerator part. I can easily fit 30 TV dinners, frozen nuggets, pizza rolls, steamers, and there is still extra room. I am able to do this,as this model has ample shelving. The other side is full of gallons of drinks, condiment selves, dairy, and there are 2 sliding drawers which one is reserved for fruits and vegetables, and the other meats. Even with all that stored, I still have space to add more. It easily stores food for a family of 3-4 I don't usually take the time to write surveys, but when Best Buy emailed me, I decided to do it because I have been very pleased with the delivery, and quality of this refrigerator. Best Buy and Samsung are both brands I trust and have gone back and been a customer again many times over. I will continue to do business with both because I like and trust these brands. Due to everything written above I highly recommend this refrigerator

One of the best. This is the 3rd refrigerator we purchased in the last 6 years. So far, this is the best for size & keeping food cold. We did not connect the water line because ice cube dispencers will clog because of the hard water. We have great ice cubes from bottle water. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

Nice size 28 cf good shelf layout and well lit , unit could options use another Separate drawer for meats and cheeses ( which I added , adapted / recycle from old fridge) .I also added a drawer on freezer side too

I upgraded from an old fridge to this one. The space is great, the build quality is great and I love the lighting inside of it. So far it was worth it.

We have had this fridge for two years now and have no regrets. We love the ability to keep track of the temperature remotely being we tend to be affected by power outages quite often. Lots of room and easy to clean inside and out. Best Buy delivery was phenomenal.

So, this is a refrigerator I had to SETTLE FOR, I went in store bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The original refrigerator I bought was to be delivered a week later which was fine, it gets here and it’s dented all over the front of it.I call customer service and I’m told it’s back ordered until July, which didn’t work for me, picked out a different refrigerator which is this one. It comes a week later. So by now we’re 2 weeks out from my original purchase. Delivery day comes for this refrigerator and they take my old refrigerator out it’s dismantled on the grass they open this one and it’s dented as well, I call customer service I’m told just keep this refrigerator and they will send me a replacement that’s not damaged. Ok fine. A few days go buy and my actual refrigerator gets delivered and guess what this one is dented on the side. I opted to keep it cause I was already feed up with Best Buy buy then, I had already been told I’d receive a gift card between $50-$200 for all of the inconvenience in regards to this entire purchase. (Side note the microwave I ordered I got a mail that night saying it was back ordered until may, mind you this was in March, I find the microwave at a store 30min away and in order to have this microwave here for installation day I had to go pick it up or wait until May, so I picked it up). Bottom line is this a good refrigerator yes it’s ok, not the one I wanted but the one most similar to what I bought. The refrigerator does have lots of space and so does the freezer. Today I did receive a gift card in the mail for the amount of $99.54 I guess they couldn’t give those extra cents to even make it a even $100. Needless to say, this buying experience wasn’t the greatest. Which is crazy cause not even a month before this purchase, I had bought a washer and dryer set and that order and deliver was easy and on time. But after this purchase I’m a little hesitant for future purchases.

Love our new Samsung fridge. This is our extra poolhouse fridge. Love all the extra space for drinks and food when entertaining and all the sauces and condiments that normally take up room in our indoor fridge.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of volume inside. It’s a little deeper than most fridges I’ve owned (wish it was a little wider instead). Lighting inside is good, but could be a little brighter. Love that it has app connectivity (can control settings from your smartphone). Great product for the price.

Fridge is amazing huge and so much space on both sides. Love the design and the wifi feature, the shelfs and lights. Its a very nice fridge!

I love the refrigerator it allows the space that I need. All the functions are easy to run making it a great choice for my family.

Love the fridge, it’s huge and beautiful. The lighting is very nice as well. Doesn’t hurt your eyes when you go for a midnight snack.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is sleek and is a great addition to my decor. But more than that it has a ton of space. It makes noises, but I understand why the noises are happening. The pocket design of the handles are a real plus. The crisper drawers are also very large.It came set on the recommended settings for the temperature. Don't know how I lived without this for so long. Thank you Samsung for this great refrigerator. I will be back in a year to review again.

The fridge is okay it gets the job done. The doors are a little wide and you have to open them all the way to fit something like a pizza box in it. The k my issue was with the delivery it was missing a foot and both Best Buy and the manager of the store didn’t give a care. I even purchased the extended care plan for 150$. Disappointed by the chico store manager she is rude and lazy.
