Love this refrigerator, its fit us well, nice quality.

Great customer service the person that helped us he is very nice and definitely a lot of patience.the fridge is dojng great! We got it with one missing container from the freezer and I haven’t had a chance to go back and get it was dealing with family at a time.

Loved it when I first got it. Had issues with frost build up but Samsung came through and fixed it. It's working fine now. I had a French door before and I really wanted simplicity...which I feel I did get, but I didn't know the freezer fed off cooling to the fridge part and anything you put at the bottom shelf freezes a little. I had to do rearranging in the fridge so my veggies stopped feeezing but its not a big deal. Overall I like it but didn't like that I have to jeep my veggies at the top...oh wells.

So far so good, had it installed in the garage: it is a backup fridge, no water supply.. had to return the first one, as seals were not working... but no problem with the second..

Recently purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and am quite happy with it. The online ordering process was very smooth and easy with no hiccups. Delivery was also very smooth. I’m happy that I chose to purchase from Best Buy! Other stores were quoting delivery for 4 weeks. Who can really go that long without a working refrigerator?! I ordered this unit on Sunday evening and it was delivered to my home on Thursday afternoon. Needless to say, I’m very happy right now. Thank you Best Buy for your great service!

Nice refrigerator inside and out. I like that i have an ice maker but its not big and bulky it doesn't take up all the space on the door so its plenty of shelves for more storage. This refrigerator has a lot of room thank goodness because we are a big family of 8 and its more than enough room for everything we need. I love how the handle is on the inside of the door so I don't have to worry about the handle being loose. Very nice refrigerator in the store it didn't seem that big but when it was delivered (by the way my delivery men were awesome :) it was a very nice size OH and the best part for the moms...its easy to clean!!! I had a pull out freezer and it was terrible trying to clean that freezer out so I appreciate and love my side by side refrigerator. Definitely pleased and would recommend to everyone!! Ohhhh and last but not least (I almost forgot) the outside of the fridge is easy to clean as well. Ok i done..lol

The product is still new but so far so good. When I first plugged it in, I turned the freezer to 0 as suggested and I did get some ice forming on the inside of the door. When I turned it up a little, the ice went away but it's still keeping everything frozen. It seems to be a good fridge/freezer. A little bummed that the installers borrowed my good tape measure to see if they could get it through the door and forgot to give it back and I didn't remember to ask them. So, I'm down one tape measure. They had to remove the front door to get the fridge in and they didn't do the best job putting it back on - I had to have my son re-do the top hinge so the doorstop was on correctly. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. I didn't want a water dispenser in the door and that really narrows the choices. The only way to get that was to get a fridge that's pretty minimal, so the inside does not include a meat/cheese-type drawer. That's only a small drawback for me. Overall, there's plenty of room and the quality and design seem pretty good. Hard for me to give anything a full five stars but for my purposes, this has everything I need while keeping the cost under $1500.

The level of customer service I received from the beginning to the end of my purchase and delivery was phenomenal. It's a great addition to my kitchen after our old refrigerator showed signs of not operating properly. I have nothing but good things to say about my purchase. Love that it’s large and sleek even if it’s going in my garage! It was hard to find one without a water dispenser on it but Best Buy had it!

Fridge is the right size for our home and working great!

So far we are loving our new Refrigerator. We hope the black stainless won't go out of style quickly as it looks very nice in our kitchen with our oven. We don't use water or ice in the door so don't miss that feature and love the larger space we gained. The ice maker is at the top of the freezer door and doesn't take up as much space as the others. I use fresh flowers for our business's weekly event and I can take a tray off the door and place large vases with flowers so they stay fresher longer. My husband has a dedicated watermelon storage shelve so he is a happy camper. Tons of space not used yet so nice to put water, protein, and drink bottles and store them in the refrigerator. The only negative is it sticks out another inch from the wall over our last one but we can live with that.

Love love love. Especially with the ice maker still inside without being an eye sore on the outside of the fridge! For someone who hates fridge water this was a win!

This side-by-side is so convenient and has plenty of room inside. It looks sleek and uncomplicated.

Product and price were great. Response to a question I had about the product , not so much. I purchased a new refrigerator and had it delivered. The delivery persons neglected to leave me a manual for my new refrigerator. When I called customer service and told them I wanted a copy of the manual they acted like it was an odd request. They offered to send a copy online and I told them that was fine but, I wanted a printed copy also. When their customer service number acted like they couldn’t supply a hard copy, I called the store directly. They never returned my call at all. Pleased with my refrigerator, not so pleased with Best Buy. I have made purchases from them before with no problems. I was surprised this time. All I can say is Best Buy be careful, consumers have other options.

It didn't take me long to choose this refrigerator after my LG died 4 years to the day it was delivered. Next to other refrigerators, it was the most stylish. I love that it doesn't have handles and no ice/water dispenser on the outside. It's on the inside door and takes very minimal space. Lots and lots of interior space and most important to me, it is super duper quiet. At first, and no one told this except when I had to call Samsung for help in setting the temperature, but they had me wait 12 hrs so the oil would settle in the compressor. Then you plug it in and wait 4 hours for the refrigerator to cool properly. Now, during those 4 hrs, it can be loud and makes noises as it adjusts (and the manual says this) but after those 4 hrs, it is whisper quiet. Oh and the only reason I couldn't figure out the temperature was because you have to unlock it (a button on the temperature panel), then lock it again after setting it.

Excellent second frig for the garage. No complaints regarding its function, temperature. And… it’s very quiet. I highly recommend this product.
