Love the fridge purchased for $1,100, ample space but after a few months the bottom drawer handle broke. Samsung has sent me a repair as it is warranty but I am sure I will be making personal engineering changes in the future when it happens again as it is bound to. See pictures. Otherwise seems to be working good so far.

I am very satisfied. However, there were various dents and scratches on the refrigerator. It didn't look like new, and after I removed the tape inside..... it was just like that.

Great refrigerator!! I wanted a side by side and simple compared to my last Samsung refrigerator. Space inside and drawer options are less, but still perfect for what we wanted.

This is a great refrigerator. I purchase this refrigerator with ice and water about 10 years ago. This new frig just have an ice dispenser, which I do not need. I love the interior space of this frig.

We bought a new refrigerator. However when it was delivered, there were several scratches all over that didn't disappear after wiping. It seemed like it was used and not new. We even had to delay the delivery date because they did not change the delivery timw of the original date even though it was processed.

Bought a refrigerator 1/5/24. Still haven't received my order. Canceled delivery because they didn't receive from manufacturer. Deli ered but had a huge hole in the side of it so sent it back. Customer service never calls back when they say they will. Awful awful service. Will never buy from there again.

Terrible, terrible! Terrible product, terrible service. We’d rate it a zero if we could. Bought in April 2022. Freezer has spewed ice crystals and icicles almost since the beginning. Customer service was no help whatsoever. Never buying a Samsung refrigerator again.

I love this refrigerator! Best Buy didn’t deliver it though 7am - 7 pm as they said. So I had to buy it from Home Depot who did deliver it in a 4 hr window ! No one ever contacted me from BB awful service.

When we unboxed it, several dings and dents and we tried to ser up a return and they don’t service my area so we are stuff with a holes and ding marks all over the front of the fridge

I love this refrigerator! We bought this for out in our garage as a second refrigerator. This is bigger than our fridge in the house bc the space can only fit a small 22 cubic feet fridge. So a family of four we needed more space. We had an old one in the garage but in the winter the freezer would not freeze. I know these are not made for outside in garage but we wanted bigger either way and found this one sale. So far i absolutely love this fridge. Its huge! And its freezing in the freezer. It has not been super cold in Louisville yet but it has been below freezing at night many time and the food has stayed frozen. I like the push button temperature controls and the option to turn off the icemaker is nice bc we dont have a water line in garage.
Now it would have been nice if the delivery guys took all the wrap and foam off when they delivered it. They literally sat it and left it. But i guess i have to pay for installing it to have them unwrap it all.
Very happy so far with this samsung refrigerator!

My new Samsung Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator was an outstanding choice for all of my needs. It is large and 3 of the shelves are tall enough for my large pitchers of ice tea and milk cartons. I love it! The ice maker is efficient making plenty of the ice I need daily. It is beautiful and quiet. I can easily get to all my refrigerator items. What a great product and I am so very pleased!

Does a great job and meets the needs that we bought it for. There were some problems in delivery, not by Best Buy who brought it to the door and installed it but by Samsung in their initial delivery to distributor. There were some tiny dings which not might showcase well if examined closely but really not too noticeable on a day to day basis, which is the reason for the 4 stars. Best Buy did a great job installing and providing follow up options and we wound up with a credit as a result. The little dings won’t photograph well so no pictures included and overall they are pretty insignificant. We have kids and by now they’ve made their own contribution to the tiny ding population so we could care less. I can’t imagine too many flat stainless steel surfaces without some kind of tiny ding in a busy household. I would recommend but might want to look at an LG to avoid shipping issues if that’s a concern. But we are entirely happy with it and it actually stands up well to the pressures of a large family. Everything works and nothing has broken and we are going on a year. We are mostly concerned about the sturdiness of the shelves and drawers inside and they seem to be rugged and enduring. It’s also easy to clean both inside and out.

We had a kitchen aid which i cant say was bad but we were unlucky. This refrigerator has space, keeps cold and makes ice consistently. The price is right and the design is sleek and clean. No handles does add a few inches of space.
