We purchased this refrigerator before it had been reviewed with the intention of replacing another 29 cubic ft Samsung refrigerator. After the first 3 days, we’re thrilled with this calculated risk. There are some features that we need to adjust to but, overall, we like the clean exterior appearance which covers their ‘beverage center’, the fact that the ice maker doesn’t take internal ‘top shelf’ space, and the number of gallon containers that can be held in the door. Buyers should note that the doors require more clearance than I’d expected to open properly. If you’re like us, the refrigerator sits right next to an extended wall and that has made it tough to open the door on the bottom right. My photos will show that. Ultimately, I did some trimming to the install area and we’re mostly ok. The freezer trays will not slide out fully if your door only opens 90 degrees. This fridge is big...it feels bigger than the published specs and the interior space is cavernous. On the inside, we will miss a dedicated deli tray and are using one of the two bins for meats / cheeses. This may not fly for long but is ok for now. Also, the shelf spacing is a bit different. You can’t position the shelves for taller items without pushing in that Samsung ‘half shelf’. That’s not my favorite but it’s flexible. Plus, they probably assume that the doors offer enough space for those items. We feel so cutting edge...even without a fancy screen that will be outdated by the fridge’s first birthday. One last comment on ice. Their ‘ice bites’ are mini -cubes and not really ‘sonic ice. If you know, you know. Overall, an impressive appliance.

I’ve only had this refrigerator barely a day so a review may be premature but I’m going to jump in anyway. It’s beautiful and sleek looking to start. I fell in love with the hidden beverage center and the flex( lower right door) switching from freezer or refrigerator. I don’t freeze a lot of things and I hear that your favorite beverage can be kept ice cold in this area. Haven’t tried that yet but I’m sure I will. I chose this refrigerator because of it’s size and design. I like that it doesn’t have handles on the doors. The auto refilling water pitcher in the beverage center is definitely a game changer for me. We’ve been using a Brita pitcher forever so not having to refill it constantly is great. It’s a small pitcher but it’s always full. I’ve already used it a number of times today. It takes 12 hours for the ice maker to kick in but I’m looking forward to seeing the TWO different kinds of ice it makes. Hopefully this will last for many years. Best Buy had many different styles to choose from and I’m happy that I went with them.

This is a great refrigerator! First of all, I decided to opt out of the Family Hub and buy a Google Nest instead. Best decision ever! Saved me $400! This refrigerator has plenty of room in the fridge part! The newly designed beverage center is perfect! Make sure you get it! The water pitcher is awesome! I have to try some different things for the infusion. The water spout is now metal and removable so you can wash it. I put my bottled drinks there and now I don’t have to open the entire fridge. The ice maker is fantastic and is back where it belongs(in the freezer)! The small cubes are great and makes your glass of water almost like the restaurant! Make sure you turn it off when it gets full! The flex zone (soft freeze) is great for when you buy meat and want to cook it in the next couple days. No more thawing it out! Also, ice cream can be kept just above freezing for easy scooping. I would of given it 5 stars but I don’t like that the vents are so easy to cover now. Also, They also took away the extra drawers in the fridge. Overall, it’s the best on the market right now! Hopefully, the electronics don’t fail fast! I bought the 5 year warranty just in case!

First use 08/2022, 7 months, then if failed completely. I just want folks to be aware that this fridge has a common issue with the refrigerant leaking which locks up the compressor. If you get a strong chemical smell and a constant humming noise, most likely you have a refrigerant leak. Once the refrigerant completely leaks out, the fridge will be unable to cool/freeze. We had just filled the fridge the day before with a fresh purchase of groceries before the fail started. We lost everything in the fridge and freezer around the 3rd day of symptoms. A very nice Samsung service person came out and had to replace the compressor, condenser and both the fridge and freezer coils. This was a major fix that took around 7 hours to complete with very unpleasant odors from the copper refrigerant pipe being cut and soldered back together. The fridge still smells from that. Once the repair is complete, you will have to wait 72 hours to make sure the fridge is repaired properly before you can start using the fridge again. I suppose that is to protect Samsung from issuing a refund for more spoiled food. On a positive note, We had really loved this fridge. The beverage center and the ice maker have been great! The black stainless fridge looks amazing in our newly renovated kitchen. Hopefully the repair holds up over the years. The Samsung repair person estimated the cost to fix our fridge would have run between 1500 and 2000 if it hadn't been under warranty. Buy the extended 5 year warranty.

Been using for 3 months. Great refrigerator. Quality item. The beverage center is super convenient and utilized daily. The large self space accommodates everything from large 18lb brisket to 18qt pots, the Led lights brighten up the inside tremendously and the flexible freezer with dual ice (large square and small square ice) work great

We’ve had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks and we are in love with it. The beverage center is a favorite! The auto refill pitcher is amazing. It makes getting a drink, refilling the coffee maker, and refilling the dog bowl so much easier than using the manual water spout. The bottom freezer doors make finding things in the freezer so much easier than the drawer we had before. Although we didn’t need an ice maker, we like that it’s hidden inside the freezer and that it makes two different sizes of ice. One thing to be aware of…although the measurements were the same as our last refrigerator, we did have to trim our cabinet doors above the refrigerator so that they could open.

The first Refrigerator I ordered was broken within a day and a 1/2. I figured it was just a fluke so I waited and ordered my second one. I'm so glad I did. It's a beautiful refrigerator, with so much space. It's beautifully lit, very spacious and clean looking. I love the 4 for option and the 2 different ice options.... pretty fancy :) this really is a great refrigerator!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is very spacious and I really love the blue light sanitizer. The four doors give that WOW factor. The dual ice makers are great because I love entertaining. The door in door with the water dispenser and water pitcher are a great bonus. Yes I recommend this refrigerator and yes always get the 5 year extended warranty. Also if you need an expert salesman in the Houston Galleria store please ask for Joshua...you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Absolutely Love Love Love this refrigerator!! Very spacious. My family loves the big size ice. The settings are on point. No regrets. No complaints. Oh and definitely spend the few dollars for delivery and set up. This think is a monster but the Best Buy delivery team did a fantastic job!! Very courteous and knowledgeable about the appliance

Really happy with the design and functionality of this model. Great layout and the freezer section is icing on the cake. After a few weeks, I don’t think I could ever go back to a traditional pull out freezer drawer. This is much more efficient in its layout. Only complaint is the limited height adjust for the refrigerator main center shelf. If you routinely have taller items beyond a gallon of milk and gallon of juice to store in the side door, you’ll have to use the partial slide shelf to create the space but it sacrifices other storage height. The dual ice creates plenty…we’ve not come close to running out and are heavy users. Really love the stay-full water pitcher. We all drink water in 24+oz cups and always have cold water; enough for two cups. If more is needed, we still have the paddle filler. Time will tell how well this is mechanically…fingers crossed! We were on the fence as we liked the LG with craft ice. Given the LG complaints…happy we went this direction.

I am happy with this purchase overall, 4.5 stars would be more accurate. I should have gone with the no-fingerprint surface. Constantly wiping the surface and we don't even have kids at home! The interior is laid out pretty well, but options to personalize it. I wish it had 3 drawers as I buy a LOT of produce! The freezers have plenty of space when using both as a freezer (the flex zone too). The water filter replacement is a BEAR. Have towels handy.

I’ve had this Refrigerator for 6 months and absolutely love it. Super quiet when making Ice the beverage center it a great addition.

The design of this product is amazing! The space allocated coupled with the excellent lighting makes this the perfect refrigerator for our family!

It’s been awhile since I trust Samsung’s appliances with its explosive cellphones and washer dryer situation. but after carefully considering what’s Best Buy in the market, we end up choosing Samsung over other brands. Can’t be helped! They have the best features out of all the appliances displayed at Best Buy . So I trust my salesman and went w Samsung. Purchase this fridge , Stove, Washer , & Dryer. So far so good after 5 months. This fridge definitely fits our lifestyle especially the separation o freezer. We consume large quantities of ice cubes and it’s great it’s not store same place w meats. The water depends side door also a plus! Taking out milk and juice so much earlier without opening entire fridge. I can’t be more happier with our purchase. I highly suggest the geek squad guarantee .

This refrigerator has a huge capacity. Truly like having the dual ice maker. Plus water hidden inside the door give it such a sleek look with no handles.

The fridge may look simple on the outside, but don't let that fool you. It is very spacious inside and it has compartments on both side of the doors so you can store things. We buy a lot of sauces and beverages so it is convienent to have the door space. I appreciate that one of the freezer doors is adaptable and can be turned into fridge space.

I've waiting one year to write this review - to be sure I had no issues with this refrigerator. It has had ZERO trouble - not issues at all. It is really a wonderful fridge - TONS of room and VERY well lit and organized. I especially like the auto-fill water pitcher. It happens to fill my dogs water bowl PERFECTLY! Highly Recommend!
