We’ve had this fridge almost 3 months and so far so good! Love the water pitcher that auto fills. Some reviews said it was not refilling but we have not experienced this. Full every time! The ice is great. Really like the 2 size options. It’s easy to clean and looks great!

With all the features, 2 differnt kinds of ice cubes , water is always cold and refreshing. Being able to change the bottom right to whatever i neednit for , for coolong purposes

Really a great refrigerator. We love it. Filter system seems to be better than our 11 year old Samsung refrigerator. Like the arrangement for cold water and ice. Best Buy did a great job on delivery. Really like the App connection to the refrigerator.

Very tall fridge with good space. Not enough shelves and slots to customize though. Last fridge was a little smaller but felt like I could fit more in it. Very sleek look though and love the autofill pitcher.

The purchase of an open box was a nightmare. They took my other refrigerator out and put the open box in. The installer did not know how to turn on the icemaker and the food that I took out of the other refrigerator completely spoiled because the refrigerator did not work For 48 hours. I was told that the refrigerator would start working within 48 hours. I lost all my food. I looked at all the instructions which were thrown at me by the installer. They sent a repairman which I had to wait two days and he cannot fix the refrigerator because the electronics panel will not turn on the compressor. So I had to go back to the store talk to the managers and order a new one that wasn’t open. Cost a little more because they gave me a discount and I had to fill out paperwork to replace the food. I live out of ice chest only buying basic food for me and my animals dogs. For over a week and they delivered a new refrigerator on Monday a week later. The new delivery people were kind, but the refrigerator was so wrapped none of the trays were in place and there was so much tape to protect , the refrigerator, but these installers were going to leave it for me to take apart and put together I got angry I did apologize this took an extra 45 minutes to unwrap this refrigerator and get rid of the garbage. Then I had the cleanup of the ice chest and I still didn’t have food so after three hours, the refrigerator was working. Had to after work go shopping and get enough food to last through the week. This purchase was not bringing out the best in my personality. I love Best Buy and have been a member of TT for years. I will never purchase a box again.

Great design with plenty of room and lots of ice. The drawers and door bins in freezer make it easy to figure out what you have.

Love it. Lots of space for a family of 5, we love that you can set it up as a fridge or freezer in the bottom right door. The Ice maker works fantastic and the Water Center makes the kids life easier.

Huge fridge, depth is 5" more than old fridge. 4 doors are really nice. Freezer is very organized. Only negative is one of the shelfs had a quality control issue and didn't fit (see pic). Called Samsung and received a new one. Also I wish the app had more smart home features (text me if door is open for 5 minutes) .

We purchased this fridge last year in July 2022. So far the only thing we have had a problem with is the filtering system. We had to have it replaced twice. So far, the new replacement is working well. I have been told that the filtering system has improved since last year.

Very attractive refrigerator. Installation was friendly and efficient. Surface is easily dented ( stainless cover is thin ). The ice tray develops clumps ( due to extra liquid or thawing ) - have not yet contacted support Have owned less than 2 months.

I have had Samsung washer & dryer pairs for YEARS, but decided to get all Samsung kitchen appliances for a recent update. The dishwasher is great, microwave is fine, oven is good, but this is THE WORST refrigerator I have ever owned. It dents if you so much as look at it. I had it replaced twice due to dents from delivery, and now it's just a mass of craters with no identifiable cause. I can't wait torpedo our kitchen again in a few years so I can ditch this thing. The ice tationis pretty messy/awkward too but it's the outward appearance that is making me crazy. I might as well have it our money on fire.

Great refrigerator and excellent functionality however when scooping Ice cubes, it spills down to shelf below which is very annoying to clean it up. They should have some kind of protection to prevent spill over. Other than that, no complaints.

Thi refrigerator is amazing and Best Buy delivery team were great. Love the hidden refreshment center. This has the best ice making capabilities we have ever seen. So pleased!

Love it the refill jug is awesome the four doors make easy access.

This refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker in Stainless Steel is very good. we think that inside of refrigerator setting is so easy to get to your choice. The pitcher auto fill was slow and less volume as well as water dispense.

I’ve had it less than a week but my husband and I absolutely love this fridge! It’s nice and sleek looking, has a beverage center and just is awesome so far. The refrigerator we had when we bought our home was tiny- this one is much bigger/deeper. Our old refrigerator is now in the garage. The bottom right space can be a refrigerator OR a freezer which I think is awesome also. I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to refrigerators but I like to think I have good taste! Lol. My husband and I saw this fridge at Home Depot - they were on back order. Then we went to Lowe’s and they were on back order.(plus, not the sale price like Home Depot and Best Buy) Then we went to Best Buy and we got lucky… it was delivered to our house in less than a week. I’m an instant gratification person but after having this fridge I would say it’s well worth the wait if it’s still on back order!
