Love this fridge. fridge in our new home was leaking (not a samsung), so we replaced it with this option. was afraid i would regret not getting the touchscreen option, but with our home already being google connected, it just seemed like overkill. it is VERY plain on the front though without the screen or protruding handles, which almost made it look awkward, imo... but a few magnetic measuring spoons and a clear dry erase board made it fit better with the rest of the kitchen aesthetics. love the dual ice feature (two sizes) and that it's in a bin, not in a dispenser. only issue with that, some of the ice tends to fall over into the next shelf. there may be a setting adjustment i can make to lessen the production, but i haven't looked into it. a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless. i do, however, appreciate the ice storage in the freezer section instead of the fridge. makes the space in the fridge so much roomier. with that said, the tall storage space is a bit lacking. while the shelves are adjustable, they're not fully customizable. so we do have to limit our milk/soda/juice bottle options, but not by much. would like more of the shelf adjustment options so we could store things better for our lifestyle; but it's still a HUGE fridge. LOVE the beverage center and that we can infuse different fruits/veggies into the water, or have fresh water on demand. another cool feature that i haven't put to the test yet is the flex option on the 4th door (bottom right). we have only used it as a freezer so far, but awesome that we have another option to expand our fridge storage, if necessary. i hated our last drawer freezer, so the organization here is also much better. and my ultimate favorite option that this fridge has is the connectability to the samsung app. my family has a tendency to leave doors ajar, which is annoying but more importantly, wasteful. this fridge not only has an audible alarm, but the app notifies me, too; so i know when i have to yell at someone! :-D love samsung products - we have them for all of our kitchen and laundry needs - and this fridge definitely did not disappoint.

Love this item! At first I was wondering if the beverage door was useful, but now I know it is 100% great! The pitcher of water is amazing for filling all of the water bottles before we leave the house, and I love that the nozzle for the water spout can be removed and cleaned. We have three kiddos, so that flex zone is definitely a freezer. We had the idea that we could put the kids drinks down there, but at this time we need the freezer space. There is a ton of wide open storage, love the clean look, and love the ice in the freezer. With ever refrigerator I have ever had that had the ice maker in the refrigerator I have had the fridge freeze over eventually. This should prevent that. I haven't had anything to say I would like better except the ice cube scoop could have a lip to retain the ice a little better. So, yeah, no real problems. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

We have only had our new fridge for about two weeks so far, but we love it. I love how I can use the flex third door as an extra fridge or as a freezer. The fridge is big enough that I don't see needing to use the flex door as extra fridge space unless we are hosting a bigger event. The only thing I feel like this fridge is missing is a drawer for meats and cheese. It was great space for fruits and veggies and keeps them fresh very well. We love the two sizes of the ice and that there is a dual ice maker. We use a lot of ice and we haven't run out yet. We have always had plenty. This does claim to be fingerprint resistant steel, and while that would be lovely, we just aren't finding that to be the case. We simply take a soft microfiber towel at the end of the day and wipe it down and it's ready for the next day.

This refrigerator is great! The french doors on the top (fridge) and bottom (freezer) work great and are very convenient. The bottom-right section is even a Flex Zone that can have its temperature set to be a Freezer or Fridge. There's a touch screen inside to control temperatures and ice-making. There's also a beverage center on the left-fridge side that either dispenses water or fills up a small water container like a Brita one. There's a lot of space inside; it's a huge fridge so double-check the sizing to make sure it fits in your space. The height of the hinge-area is over 71 7/8 inches, but the area behind the hinges only goes to 70 3/4 inches. Overall, very good large fridge that can hold a lot. The drawers all open and close nicely. Fridge is also pretty quiet, except when the new ice drops down in the ice containers (but that's to be expected). Recommended!

So far. I love it. The fact that I can set the right side of the lower freezer to be a wine cooler or refrigerator or other temps is great. I honestly didn't think I would use the wifi, but it does come in handy. I also love that the beverage center is hidden, that there is a pitcher and also two types of ice are great. Samsung really thought this one out. I love in a condo, and I didn't want the counter depth because I entertain a lot and needed the space. So, it is large, but it's beautiful and holds a lot of groceries, watermelon, etc. It's really worth it. I took the 5-year additional warranty because it has a lot of electronics and I want to be covered and if I don't use it, Best Buy refunds half of it. And, with their no-interest financing, a monthly payment of $150 a month for this refrigerator is well worth it.

We've had this fridge for about a month now and let me tell you, it is big inside. We can't even fill it with our normal trips to the store. We love the auto fill pitcher. It's always nice to have fridge cold water available whenever you want it in the summer. We also love the 2 different sized ice cubes and also the ice maker is actually in the freezer. We use the flex zone for veggies so there is plenty of room for those. It does take some getting used to not having a physical handle on the door but it's quickly becoming second nature to open the doors. Overall very happy. Hopefully it lasts because we really like this fridge.

I've been wanting a four door refrigerator for a while and was so excited to finally purchase it. I do love the the french doors on it, the in door beverage center, and the ability to use the bottom right drawer as a freezer or refrigerator. However, that's where it ends. When it was first installed, the water dispenser had a very low flow, I want sure if this was normal or not. According to the manual, it was dispensing at a normal flow. After a couple days, the flow increased to what I would consider normal so that was good. But then I had to shut the water off to change my kitchen faucet and the water flow on the refrigerator is slowed down again. It is only 9 months old, this is too frustrating to have to deal with on such an expensive appliance. I will stick with the other well known brands from now on. The outside is not at all finger print resistant, every little touch leaves marks. The top shelf is not adjustable and is so high it's basically useless for me. I can only reach items at the front of it. I'm only 5'2" so reaching for things is nothing new, but to not be able to adjustable a shelf that high is ridiculous.

So far, my wife and I absolutely love it! Looks great with sleek design and the capacity is amazing!....We can't fill it!!! Love that it makes 2 different kinds of ice and that the bottom right compartment can be a freezer or more fridge space. Only complaint is that it only has 2 shelves and the bottom one can only be set to 2 preset heights and the top one can't be moved....wish they would of had several notches to adjust height according to our needs. Absolutely love the beverage door, water dispenser and water pitcher! ***Make sure of the height space because the measurements given are exactly right, it is a tall and deep fridge. I had the exact height space and it fit exactly, no gap at all!!!***

Amazing refrigerator. Sleek design and great appearance. 4.5 stars. Lots of space for all my groceries and left over meals. The ability to flex the lower right quadrant back and forth between refrigerator and freezer is great, especially since it can be done using your phone. The beverage center is awesome as you can get water from the dispenser or the built in pitcher without opening the entire fridge. The pitcher also allows you to put cucumbers, lemons, etc... in it if you want ready made flavored water. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the ice maker. It is nice to have two sizes of ice, but it makes ice very slow. I had a small party of 6 at the house and the ice maker couldn't keep up. Additionally, when you pull the ice trays out to get ice out of them, the ice maker will continue producing ice and dump it into the freezer below...design flaw.

I love this refrigerator. It is versatile and efficient. I love that the bottom right sectiion can be used as a fridge, freezer or soft freeze. However, I’m a bit disappointed at the soft freeze as it doesn’t allow you to adjust the temperature and although it says soft freeze it does at times freezes thing more than expected. I love the ice maker section which allows two different sizes of ice… this is a winner. It holds a lot and looks sleek. I don’t regret purchasing this fridge. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a beauty.

We started our selection process by going online to narrow down some of the options on refrigerators and anticipated spending a little less money. The next step was going to the store to look at the units that were on the list, and it only took a few minutes to decide on this one. When looking at the use of space, including the water dispenser, ice maker, and multi zone area, it was pretty easy. The units with a freezer drawer had significantly less space, and many of the units dedicated too much room to the ice maker and water dispenser. We were not interested in the computer display in our kitchen, so that option was not a factor. The inside is well lit, and every part of the unit is easy to access. I think the top shelf could use a little more space, but the lower shelves are deep enough to hold a case of soda, the crisper drawers hold plenty of items, and one of the shelves will slide back to make space for taller items. So far this refrigerator is not fingerprint resistant, but it is very easy to clean. The 2 types of ice are very satisfying and a great feature, as well as the pitcher of water. Ultimately its hard to see where the overall design could be better. Now we just have to wait and see if it will hold up. My parents have a 13 year old Samsung that is still working great, so we anticipate using this unit for years to come.

I like the fact that the water dispenser doesn't show and that there are no protruding handles - cool sleek design. Water is behind the top left "half door" - you don't have to open the door just the front part of that door to reveal the water dispenser with access to 2 refrigerator shelves that we use for butter and milk so we don't have to open the refrigerator completely for those items but pretty much anything could be on those shelves. I love the fact that I can turn the lower right compartment into an additional refrigerator space while the lower left is the freezer. Overall it has tons of refrigerator space. We have a separate freezer so don't need a lot of freezer space in our main refrigerator - this has the ideal amount of freezer space - lower left door. I like that I am warned with an alarm when I leave the door open, not only at the refrigerator but with the SmartThings app on my phone as well so if I've gone upstairs I may not hear the refrigerator alarm but hear the phone alarm. I like the larger ice cubes and my daughter likes the smaller ones (it produces both in separate bins - so we have both going) but I could easily get another 1/2 freezer shelf if I turn off one of the ice cube generation. All in all very nice.

We are happy with the size and capacity of this refrigerator that took two months to be delivered. It holds all our items with space to spare, On the negative side, the WiFi setting does not work, the only places for even slightly tall bottles is the bottom door shelves or the small area where the middle shelf can slide back. The two sizes of ice cubes is handy, but the trays are shallow and when you scoop from the front it shoves ice out the back onto the lower shelf. The trays should have a back stop.

I have been using this fridge for a few months now and really like it. The deciding factor for buying this fridge was the two kinds of ice. Its very deep and fits a lot of food. The shelf configuration is not exactly what I would design, but it works fine for us. Love the beverage center, too! The only downside is that it dents very easily.

The refrigerator caught our eye as soon as we saw a similar one. I went home and researches about it and loved the new look. The look is very sleek and the beverage center is a great feature plus the dual ice maker a definite plus. The only bad i can think of is it is not fingerprint resistant like it says but most of the fridge I have seen that say they are, aren’t. Overall, looks great and we just started using it and is working great.

Our new refrigerator is exactly what we expected. The interior design is incredible and feels like there is plenty of room for all of our groceries and an ample amount of leftovers. And the design allows for us to easily find items in the refrigerator. The flex compartment is a great selling point. The icemaker is exceptional with two different kinds of cubes. We appreciate the convenient compartment with the chilled water pitcher and the water dispenser. If we have a minor complaint, it is the top left door does not close automatically, so we have to monitor that when we are in a rush . Otherwise, it is an excellent purchase and good value.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. It has qonderful features. The pitcher of qater in the beverage center stays wonderfully cold. And fill in seconds. The diffuser is an excellent touch. The 2 different sizes of ice is a luxury in its own. The fridge is large enough but the optional freezer or fridge on the bottom is a bonus. No complaints. Fantastic buy.

Love this refrigerator! Lots of room in the refrigerator! Love the 2 ice cube sizes. Love the the ability to see what is in my freezer; looks more organized than a drawer freezer. What I value you most the beverage center! Love the r Auto fill pitcher! This is awesome!

Product is more than I expected.Fits perfectly in space designed for refrigerator. Large capacity very useful. No door handles to stick out. Beverage center very convenient and helpful. Stainless steel very tete appealing. Best Buy personal did an outstanding job of installation; they cleaned up after themselves leaving me NO messages. They hauled away old refrigerator. I would buy this product again from Best Buy in a heartbeat, if I needed another refrigerator. Product was priced right; best price I was able to find was at Best Buy. in store staff was extremely helpful in making my decision which made my choice easy put my mind to rest immediately>

This refrigerator is amazing! Love the design and all the features it has. Definitely liking the two types of ice that it makes and the fact that the ice maker is in the actual freezer and not the fridge itself. Saves so much room.
