Love the refrigerator so far. Makes great ice. Lots of space and it looks very very nice. The only drawback is that doors do not close in there own. You need to push hard to make sure they close. However app on phone will warn you that door is open.

This is the best Four separate Doors Touch and Pull open refrigerator that I'm very happy to be a proud owner. Samsung you done it again an to top it off you put a self refill water picture inside, along with a ice maker that dispenses two types of ice, how cool is that. Ice ice baby. We are also enjoying the capabilitie to make one bottom side a freezer. And its finger printing free, with a deep inside so full of space. I LOVE MY FRIG.

I can get over the refillable water pitcher. The option of making ice or stopping it with the app is perfect. I love how spacious it is and it's sharp look. The only thing that is not perfect is the size of the flex zone and freezer. The drawer option makes it challenging to fit more things.

Lots of space, love the beverage center and flex door. Speak & Clean looking without handles and water on the outside. One issue is the ice storage tray pushes the ice out and it falls to shelf below.

So far so good, had it for a lil over 2 weeks. Love the ice choices being ice bits instead of crushed ice and cubed ice. The absolute best part of the fridge is, Its clean and sleek look. No outside mess love love love the beverage center, it really sets it off.

Great, clean looking refrigerator. Love the flexibility of the optional fridge/freezer space. Also love that the ice is inside the freezer and not external. Highly recommend buying from Best Buy and not Lowes. We previously purchased from Lowes and they gave us a refurbished unit that the display did not work on as soon as we plugged it in. They, Lowes, refused to stand by what they sold us and it was going to be an additional week before a replacement could be delivered. Ordered the same fridge from Best Buy and it was delivered and installed 2 days later by a superb team. Will only go to Best Buy for future needs.

Love our new refrigerator. Very handy. I really like the outer door that gives you acces to the pitcher and direct water. Keeps everything cold like its supposed to. We use the flex zone as a refrigerator rather than a freezer.

This so a great fridge for us. The two sizes of ice are nice to have and the pitcher is great for infused drinks. Also having a low area for kids snacks is a bonus.

Good size French Door fridge, and very spacious. Black steel is the best color matches other appliances.

We are enjoying our new refrigerator even though it took 3 tries due to dents in doors. Actually prefer the smooth door finishes over having water/ice on outside. Has an easy handle to access just the inside panel for water. Love the ice machine that makes two styles of ice cubes/size. The extra deep fridge was the best choice since we have an extended wall on one side that allows the doors to open fully on the left side.

Great size, roomy, and I really like the split freezer section instead of opening a large drawer. Lots of storage with the side shelves in both the fridge and freezer section. It also makes lots of ice with both trays, and different size cubes.

I love the ice and the fact you can turn the bottom into a beverage center that’s a fabulous feature

Love this fridge! It's huge and having the ice maker actually in the freezer just makes sense. Also, the 2 sizes of ice are a great addition.

The fridge is great! Having the flex zone is really nice, so far we’ve been using it as a fridge area, and just keeping, salads and wine in it. Runs quiet, multiple ice sizes is nice. We’re very happy we got this.

Love this fridge!! One of the best appliances I have bought for my house. Sleek look, 4 doors makes for easy access in the freezer and love having the small ice option and self filling water pitcher.

Great product, love the ability to switch the bottom right side from freezer to fridge and back and forth depending on our needs. The 2 types of ice is cool. The "beverage Center" is well worth the additional $.

A ton of room! Handled Thanksgiving prep and leftovers with room to spare. The double ice makers are extremely nice, especially when you have people with varying views on how big ice should be :)

We got this fridge open box at a really great price. It looked new, no dents, no missing parts. My husband and I love how spacious not only the fridge is, but also the frizzer. To top it off, the water pitcher gets filled out real quick. No to mention how elegant this fridge looks on our kitchen. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Bought this on Black Friday and saved a lot. Great refrigerator. The flex zone is great if you need more cooling or freezing. We had a Subzero side by side and this had so much more space.

I haven't had it long but it is everything I wanted and more. It is hard to tell how much you can fit in a space until you get things in your on environment. It is amazing how much space I still have for more food. The beverage center is a game changer and the choice in ice size is a welcome addition to make cold drinks that much more exciting
