I won’t allow the poor Best Buy customer service to taint my review of the refrigerator itself. (Some issues with cosmetic damage upon delivery, and Best Buy’s response was very poor, but that’s not Samsung’s fault.) That said, this refrigerator is very nice. Out of the box, it comes VERY well packaged and wrapped. Almost annoyingly so. Just about EVERYTHING is wrapped in that satisfying peel away plastic film. But it takes a long, long time with the doors open to get every shelf and every drawer unwrapped and put into place. Once set up, this is a pretty decent departure from the typical side by side or French door. While I appreciate the clean look of no ice/water dispenser through the door, it does take some getting used to for opening the fridge and pouring water from the auto pitcher, or have to kneel/bend down a bit to access the freezer to scoop out your ice. The auto fill water pitcher is a nice tough. It actually has an infuser basket you can put fruit/veggies in to punch up the flavor of your water. The fact that it refills itself is nice too. Onto the ice makers. The standard ice is, well, standard. Not too much to say about it other than it keeps plenty of ice at the ready. The nugget ice maker, well, I have mixed feelings on that. I bought this model because I thought it made “Sonic” ice. That is not really the case. While the ice is smaller nuggets than the standard cubes, it does not come out “chewy” like I expected. It takes a little time resting in your favorite beverage to get more on the chewy side. It’s still a nice feature, but it’s here that I think they could have done better, and that earns a 1 point deduction. I like the flex zone, where I can choose if the bottom right is additional freezer or refrigerator space. I have to say, if you don’t use it as freezer space, your freezer space will be very limited because of the ice bins inside the actual freezer. But it’s nice to have options. The digital controls are nice and pretty easy to figure out without having to thumb through the manual. The lighting inside is LED so it’s better than typical refrigerator lighting. The shelves and bins are organized pretty decently and adjustable to some extent, but like most refrigerators, you have to be somewhat experienced in Tetris if you want to maximize the capacity. Side bins in the freezer are a bit shallow. This refrigerator is WiFi enabled. Not sure about all the benefits that brings. I suppose you can control cooling and water/ice options of your fridge but I don’t see much benefit there. I could not get it connected anyway because it did not like my security settings of my wife and I’m not going to change everything connected in my home just to connect this fridge. My dog approves of this refrigerator and chooses to lay in front of it many times throughout the day (see pic). That used to be an issue with my old side by side if I wanted a drink, because I’d have to wake her up if I wanted to get that cold drink, but that’s no longer an issue here. All in all, a pretty darn good fridge if you allow yourself to be a little spendy. With the added expense of all these extra features, I just hope it holds up long enough to be worth the investment.

We have only had this refrigerator for a month but it’s changed my LIFE!! :) We previously owned a bottom freezer pullout Whirlpool (a hand-me-down from my MIL) that I was grateful for but despised its functionality. This unit, on the other hand, is a dream! The fridge area is super spacious. Since swapping to this new one I have discovered that we are apparently condiment hoarders but allll the goods fit in the generously sized shelves and are easy to reach. The built-in filtered water pitcher/filler is the cleverest idea. I was skeptical at first but I’m sold! Fresh water for my coffee in the mornings and it refills within seconds of replacing in its slot. I love the freezer area equally if not more. TWO kinds of ice for drinks and the quietest icemaker ever. The shelves pu out for easy accessibility to your frozen food, and again, the bins are very generously sized. One side of the freezer can flex to fridge space if your fam needs more of that. There are too many features to list but things like the door alarm and easily accessible filter (which only needs changing every 6 months) also added to my satisfaction with this model. My sister and one of my closest friends have the same one they each purchased a couple of years back and both ladies are still pleased with theirs, so that’s a positive for me, too.

This is an amazing fridge. It has a filtered water pitcher and 2 different size ice cubes. The filter is very easy to get to no ladders, no squatting, and no pulling the fridge out to change. The freezer is actually in 2 separate compartments the side with the ice maker is always a freezer, the other side can be used as a freezer or a fridge you get to choose. It’s a great fridge and very easy to keep clean thanks to no water and ice dispenser on the front. You can also connect to your smartphone so you know what temperature it is at, when you need to change the water filter, plus more. This a great fridge.

The refrigerator works great as of now. I've had it for a few weeks. I like how I can manage the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. The water pitcher refills instantly. The ice cubes fill fairly quickly and have the option of two different size cubes. I had to change my lunch meats and cheeses from one of the doors to the drawers inside because with the opening and closing of the refrigerator the meats and cheeses spoiled fast. I also had water and beer on the doors and they didn't seem to cool either. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

I I have only had this fridge for a week and I absolutely love the size and design. I have so much space to organize my food items. All the food from my old freezer fits on just one side of this freezer. The only thing i dont like so far is the fingerprints are just as bad as my old one.

Bought this for a walk in Butler Pantry, Went in to order a smaller one since it's an extra and this was a brand new 'Open Box" special with unwrapped shelves. Could not beat price, so home it came. I have an older model of this type and love it for convenience and ease with accessing food, (roll out freezer). This one feature and the flez zone is so worth it. This is an extra to main kitchen one, so the flex zone allowed us to use the bottom for drinks and it's very easy to access. My only disappointment is that the shelf brackets do not go higher to allow for a split shelf and or go a bit higher in height This makes a smaller height shelf at the top and bottom to fit the taller bottles. 1 or 2 extra inches higher on the shelf bracket would have made for a a better fit. This is way to advanced for a Butler Pantry, but the flex zone and pull out shelves in the freezer are a game changer.

When i looked at the other Samsung refrigerators with 4doors, a lot of people complain about the ice machine. This already came out in Korea so i searched reviews in Korean. you can get ice without any problem and utilize that ice drawers for storing food items too( no ice making mode) There is an autofill water pitcher but i fill up with our home filtered water. Plenty of room in the freezer without that bulky ice machine. So far I love this refrigerator! Looks so pretty and sleek. Only reason i took out one star is one of door didn't stay opened. So i had to exchange with new refrigerator. Other than that, I am very happy with my new big purchase!

This refrigerator is the best refrigerator I’ve owned it’s got a great amount of light so you can see in the refrigerator and the freezer. I love the option of two different ice blocks. Regular and small. I love the freezer. Space never have. I had so much freezer space because Samsung put space in the door as well. I would highly recommend this refrigerator. Also, the guys who installed it Jonathan and Kevin were awesome. They were in and out so fast it was great.

Great size and lots of options. The flex system allows you to us one of the bottom sections as a refrigerator, it’s a great convenance. The ice maker has greatly improved compared to other models. Lots of ice produced. Filter changing is easy and the inside shelves are sturdy and one slides midway and allows for tall items. I highly recommend

This is without a doubt the best refrigerator I have ever gotten."I have bought many! I have always had the outside water/ice dispenser, got tired of it rusting out! In this Samsung ….ice is always full, water pitcher seriously refills immmediately upon replacing! We use the convertible bottom right as a fridge since we have a chest freezer…love the extra space!! You will not go wrong with sleek/beautiful/Awsome refrigerator!

Wow! Throughout all my years of moving and having different refrigerators - this is by far the best one! It has a sleek front, handles are hidden (but easy to access), and still provides access to filtered water. The space is unbelievable compared to our refrigerator we purchased three years ago! There is a WiFi feature that provides updates.

LOVE this fridge!! No more digging through entire freezer to find what I am looking for with these 3 Pull Out Shelves, 2 Pull Out Drawers PLUS LOTS of storage with 6 trays on the Swing Out doors! If you want a bottom freezer this is the only style to choose... I love the adjustable shelf in the fridge for times when I have taller items to fit in there. I do wish the top shelf had other height adjustments to choose from as well as more choices for height choices with the door compartments. I do miss having a "deli/cheese" drawer. On the plus side, if you still need more freezer space after everything below, the right crisper drawer in the fridge is a Flex Crisper so you can use it as a fridge or a freezer depending on your current needs. My major complaint is that it dents too easily. I have never owned stainless appliances before so I can't say that this is an issue with this fridge or is a stainless issue. But when they delivered it the delivery guys put 2 dents in the front, and today I barely hit it with a pan I was going to put in the fridge and now I have another dent and scratch.

Love it! Lots of space inside. I like that one of the shelves can be pushed in slightly for more room. Usually have tons of large beverage containers so its great. Can also fit gallon jugs in one of the side slots on the door. Lots of shelves on the door for the million ans one condements we have. I didn't think I'd like the auto refil pitcher as much as I do but I'm ok with having that versus the other model that had the single glass fill as well. My only complaint is my poor back hates when I need to go to the freezer section but that is the type of fridge I bought so I knew ahead of time. Got this model because of the horrible reviews on previous ice dispensers freezing up, so we will see. Dont think it should be a problem on this one.

We actually didn’t order this model. We were expecting the model with the beverage center on the outside of the top left door. While BB was apologetic and willing to swap it out, the model we thought we were getting would not be available until late September. We were allowed to keep this until the swap but we have learned to love it! The cold water is in a pitcher inside the top left door and is filled automatically each time water is poured from the pitcher. This means no drips on the outside using a dispenser, and no hard water buildup in a tray on the outside of the fridge. Love it! The shelves on the inside of the doors are wide and sturdy and hold the tall bottles and cartons of milk, juice, soda etc. The ice maker is in the freezer - not in the fridge as in past models and makes 2 different kinds. Love it! The only thing I really had to get use to was scooping ice instead of having it dispensed. But now it’s not a problem for me. I’ve adapted, This was a happy mistake.

Great appliance, but it’s definitely worth spending the few hundred more. Single water pitcher is nice but not when you want flavored water and lose ability to have plain filtered. Being able to change bottom right freezer to a fridge when needed is nice, has great features and makes ice quick once it’s “broken in”

Simply beautiful. Storage, lighting, connectivity and finish all hut top marks. The flex zone freezer/refrigerator is a huge plus. The auto water fill pitcher gets so much use. You can monitor these things from the Samsung Smart Things app and it works well. Two different sized ice trays even get use. There's one downside to the unit and it's not really Samsung or Best Buys fault. The amount of Styrofoam, plastic bags and protective film in and on the unit is simply unbelievable. I filled a trash bag just from the plastic. It's not a con and I know it needs to be there to protect the unit but be prepared.

The best refrigerator I've ever owned. I love the ice trays. I've never once ran out of ice. Tons of room. You can really organize your stuff.

Love the design! Clean lines work well in my open Kitchen. I didn’t want a frig that looked to much like one. Also my cabinet had a 1 1/2” gap above a standard height frig and this is one of only two I found that are 72” tall. It looks like true built in unit now. I wanted the bespoke white and black one but I didn’t want the wasted space of the beverage center and there was a delay getting it so I went with basic stainless one. Very happy with it. Only downside was a small ding in the lower left door. They won’t replace only the door so a month later they’re shipping a new frig. A bit of a pain but I wasn’t interested in their $50 offer to keep a dented one.

We are very happy with our purchase of our Samsung refrigerator. Seeing as we have a second freezer we use 3 of the 3 sections for refrigeration. Occasionally there are a few finger prints from our grandchildren to be wiped off. We waited several months to submit this review to give an infomed report. The cooling is good, no frost or condensation on any of the containers or produce, and everything in the freezer stays frizen. One feature we were surprised by is if you do not completely shut any of the doors an alarm will beep after about minute as a friendly reminder. YES .. we would buy this refrigerator again !
