I literly made an account just to write this , last night my fridge showed updating on the screen with the circle in the middle and the arrows on each side of the circles. Well i was up for hours trying to search up how to fix it/turn fridge back on. I did t find it anywere !! Oh yea my fridge said updating and then just turned off completely. So i left it alone (plugged in )and when i woke up it was on. So i would say if it says updating just leave it alone it will turn back on on its own. Other than that i love this fridge !!

I love the fact that I can use a portion of the refrigerator as a freezer/fridge. I bake a lot and also with us having a big family it helps having that extra option. The bottom door helps the little ones get their snacks/drinks

I have it for 5 months now and all I can say is that I love everything about this refrigerator!our food stays longer, you can control the temperature too!

So far so good. Tons of ice made! The freezer is where it belongs in the freezer. We had major issues with a French door and will never go back. I love the water picture it is awesome too and able to do lemon water. So far so good

Really love this fridge. It’s quiet and very spacious. The flex space is great for having extra fridge OR freezer space.

We love our new refrigerator! The space is phenomenal! This is the largest refrigerator I’ve ever owned, and the flex area makes it even that much better. I love the quad door design - especially with the freezer section. It makes it so easy to separate meat from frozen dinners, ice cream, etc. Lastly, the dual ice maker is the cherry on top, something we really enjoy.

I love the design and function with its auto fill water pitcher and dual icemakers. It's quite an eye catcher with a major wow factor!

Had this fridge for 8 months and so far no issues with it, works great like its supposed to, just recently changed the water filter. The photo that is attached is the ding thats on it. Not samsungs fault but the workers that installed it accidentally bumped it into the corner of the counter top.... i would 100% recommend this product, but if you choose to buy it and have it installed just pay closer attention. Its not a big deal the product itself is great if you are in the market for a new fridge, i would still recommend going through best buy

I am absolutely in Love with this refrigerator. As a family of 7 it has plenty of room!!! Easily accessible freezer!! Love love love!!!

Product is and works as advertised. Delivery was quick. Installation done professionally. Installers were respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Can’t ask for anymore. One minor issue stainless does show fingerprints.

Very nice and sleek! The water filler saves a ton on bottled water. It deserves a 5. But I’m still upset about the delivery service used.

From the refillable, inside water pitcher to your option of ice cube size, this is hands-down the most amazing Refrigerator! Sleek and highly functional, this Samsung French door fridge is such a pleasure to own! RAVE!!

This is a very cool looking refrigerator, simple from outside but inside it has separate sections for different types of food, and also I like that it has a water purifier so no more buying water. As a whole a good buy, and it also comes with 10 years of warranty.
