    I love this design. The dual ice maker is and in door water pitcher are amazing. The lower compartment can be used as a fridge or freezer which is great when entertaining or for holidays when you need extra space.

    Everything went smoothly from the delivery to the install fridge is really nice and works awesome. The guys who installed it and delivered it where really informative and had good customer service.

    Great fridge but minus one star because of the noise. No it's not deafening but it is noticeable. My previous fridge, a GE, I could not hear it unless I tried.

    Hissing noise

    While refrigerators are never quiet, my prior 2 door Samsung was really silent. In fact, I couldn't tell whether it was on or not and it was never in mind. Even while sitting next to it. I replaced that one for this 4 door creep that is constantly hissing. Not sure what is wrong with it. You would think a more expensive, more advance fridge would be even more silent. Well, hate to break it to you. This thing makes a constant annoying noise to remind you all the time it is there. I regret my purchase.

    Samsung Won't Fix Water Leak

    I bought the 4-Door Flex Samsung Fridge New. It was installed professionally. After a few months, I noticed water had pooled under the crispers. Samsung sent a repairman and they "fixed it". Several months after that, water under the crispers again. They sent a repairman and "fixed it". Now after owning it for about 20 months guess what? Water pooling under the crispers again. This time Samsung told me "sorry it's out of warranty". After pointing out to them that it's the same problem since it was new, they relented and set up a repair appointment. A week later Samsung sent me an email canceling the repair appointment and provided no explanation. My advice is to buy another brand of refrigerator that is more reliable, one where the manufacturer stands behind their product and doesn't lie to you.

      When you see a pool of water (or one that froze into a sheet of ice), it can often be attributed to condensation or a spill you didn't notice. The most common place to see the water is at the bottom of the compartment, below the vegetable or crisper drawers. Leaks can occur outside the refrigerator, or you can have an auto-fill water pitcher that is also leaking.     Fridge is great, samsung is not

    We received our new fridge on 10/17/2023. The delivery driver noticed the water filter missing (part:HAF-QIN), and made a note on our order for the store to see. I contacted the store and was told that its not a part they can order and to contact samsung. I then contacted samsung and was given the runaround and told that best buy has to order the part because thats who we bought it from. Needless to say we cant use our ice maker or filtered water because WE DONT HAVE THE WATER FILTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE FRIDGE

    Beware When Buying Samsung

    Beware when purchasing a Samsung fridge. We have a 4 year old fridge that Samsung fixed the ice maker (had a recall on it) on nearly two months ago and have been experiencing a strong fishy smell from the fridge ever since. Tech diagnosed the smell as hardware. Samsung is now not standing behind their product and is instead trying get us to buy a new fridge for a discount, or offer us a small amount in compensation? I need a working fridge and shouldn't have to pay extra for an issue that they caused! So disappointing!

    Poor Quality

    Purchased this in 2017 and within the first year the ice maker required repair. Last week, the door alarm was going off, prompting us to ensure the doors were closed. After reading the manual, this can also happen if the temperature inside the fridge is not within safe ranges. I purchased a separate thermometer for a fridge/freezer and the temperature on display is not matching the thermometer. The fridge is staying close to 40 and freezer will not drop below 1. Having service come out Tuesday to assess, very frustrating and would shop for another brand
