Once I was able to figure out, the settings is worked out well. The installers said that I could put food into it immediately, but I found out different after I lost all my food.

I bought this refrigerator less than 1 year ago. The ICE MAKER IS COMPLETE TRASH! Be warned. You will have issues with it I promise. Do your research. Yes it's a pretty refrigerator, has ample space, etc. But I currently have the ice maker out on my kitchen counter and the frame is cracked. It makes such a loud crunching and grinding noise when it is making ice that it's no wonder. It was the one thing we heard about when we bought this refrigerator, was the issues with the ice maker. As a matter of fact, call the Samsung phone number for yourself 1 800 SAMSUNG and there is actually a prompt if you are having issues with your ice maker. I have called that number several times and opted to have them communicate with me through text but have hear nothing.

So far, my best purchased. I like the way the product made. I really do love Samsung products.

We are very disappointed in the condition that our refrigerator received, when it arrived at our house and the delivery staff left we could see these dents in our refrigerator, we did remodeling of our kitchen and that area of ​​the refrigerator is not covered because we want to show it, We long to have a nice fridge but this one has a dent that spoils the appearance of our expensive fridge. Apart from this, the refrigerator and its excellent operation must only be professional ace at the time of transfer and delivery of the product.

Purchased this in November 2022. Early December 2023, defect in bottom freezer doors started. Called Best Buy and Samsung with no resolution except I have to pay out of pocket. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!! Also, search for Samsung refrigerator recalls to see how they DON'T stand by their "quality".

I loved the refrigerator, but very bad service since delivery, they were bad and when it was delivered, one of the cables had tape. How could they deliver an item like that and it was not the one I had looked at in the store since I went and the one I had was still there I asked, I mean, it was really bad, I would really think about buying something there again.

Terrible fridge. I haven’t had this fridge for a year and it stopped working. Samsung has terrible customer service. It’s been two weeks and it’s still broken. Had several technicians come out to fix it. It now flooded my entire kitchen because a hose is broken.

Very poor I selected without any dent now iam seeing big dent ,not sure what I need to do ,this model of fridge only I required so I have selected this module

We have had this Samsung fridge about 2 months now and so far no issues. We are really liking it so far. Pros: > Ability to alter the bottom right corner to any temperature you need. So if you need more fridge, freezer or just like your beverages at a certain temperature you can customize. > Auto filled water pitcher has been even better than a dispenser because it is has been more multi purposed. I use it for my plants, cooking and more than just filling a cup. > Creates 2 types of ice cubes but you have to scoop and fill receptacle > Clean and Spacious and have not had to compromise with that Cons: > The doors are very heavy so you must do a hard close. You can't just tap the door and walk away like other fridges because the doors will slam open. > No handles give it a clean look but if you do not use the handle space where the doors meet you will get a lot of finger prints > If you have cabinets above your fridge be sure to measure correctly. The height listed is only partially correct. There are covers that go over the barings on top of the fridge that help the doors open and close. It ads about 2" in height and 6" deep on top of the fridge so if you have cabinet doors on top there may not be clearance. **I strongly recommend you see the fridge in person and measure it!**

The fridge is really nice. It looks luxurious and it has a lot of space. The cool part is that you can literally change the bottom right door and turn it into a fridge if you need extra space. On the actual fridge on top, they have cabinets and you can also turn them into freezers to freeze anything you might want to. You can also fill up the jug of water it comes with but I don’t reccomend leaving it in the fridge full because the water begins to taste like what the fridge smells like. It makes ice of two different types and the shelves on the fridge doors have a lot of space as well. It also has a fan on top in case you open the fridge and leave it open for too long, which blows cold air into the fridge so nothing spoils. Lastly, the fridge helps the food last longer compared to my past one so I give it a 10/10!

Auto fill water picture doesn't fill without manually pushing the fill button in the refrigerator door several times. The cubed ice ice maker only pours water into the ice cube dispenser tray then freezes the water in the tray no ice cubes. The bite-sized cube maker works perfectly. Other then ice maker and water dispenser problems the unit itself works great with Plenty of room in all compartments. Purchased this unit about 14 months ago Ice maker has been messing up for about one month the water dispenser has always been a problem.

Spacious and flexible refrigerator. Temperature choices plentiful as is the ice making with two types of ice cubes. Apparent lack of water reservoir renders water warm after emptying the interior water pitcher. Stainless steel exterior not finger print proof.

We searched and searched for a refrigerator that met our needs and wants. This is a new design, which we found to be exactly what we were looking for. Since we plan to have it for many years, we did splurge for this one. Lighting- We shopped at the big box stores, which in my consumers opinion, they're lacking in the way they 'show', the refrigerators, none are not plugged in, and I want to see how much light there is inside. This one has great lighting in the top section, which is important, some brands have one dim light at the top...so when the fridge is full, you can't see the items on the lower shelves. Freezer- We didn't want the freezer to be chest/drawers type, we really like that this one that has shelves, and the shelves pull out...love that! Oh, and the ice, there are small and large cubes. We've only had it a month, but so far we love it. It's quiet, sleek, no handles to bump into and lots of room inside. We did purchase the 5 yr warranty with it. We’ve had this new fridge for about a week, and we love it. Being able to configure one of the freezer areas for other items, such as fruit/veggies, is a great idea. Also, I love not having door handles. Gives it a clean, streamlined look. And, the amount of ice we get from the twin ice maker is outstanding. Bright lights inside, lots of room. The auto-refill water pitcher inside is also very smart. Great job Samsung.

I've had this device for a little over a year now. Starting with the good, the space is great. This is a pretty large refrigerator with adjustable shelves and large crisper drawers. The freezer is adequate, and has pull out shelves, which help get to and organize things now, the bad. The ice trays constantly overflow leaving random cubes on the inside. There are two size ice cubes, which is nice if you fill a water bottle with the small ones, and a glass with the larger ones. the ugly. The water dispenser is on the inside, which gives the sleek appearance on the outside. this means there is a pitcher on the inside. The problem is that it doesn't always fill up properly. apparently if the system detects any moisture, it simply does not work. That's kinda tough to keep a water pitcher dry. so my biggest complaint are the ice trays do not have a back stop, and the water pitcher constantly has issues filling up. I dry and I dry, but to no avail. good luck, hope this helps

I was hesitant to buy another Samsung after the last one but this one has been good to us, We did have an issue with a water leak at the ice maker but we had purchased the TotalTech plan so they came out to fix it and haven't had any more issues. What I love about this fridge is its four sections. I use the bottom left section for produce only, and it lasts so much longer! My main issue is how badly fingerprints show on the surface because there are no handles. I feel like I am constantly wiping fingerprints off the doors. I also like that it makes two sizes of ice cubes, but because of the way they fill the bins, they can overflow and fall into the holding bins below.
