Very sleek design. We love the water container feature. The ice maker works very well. Love the fact it doesn’t have handles sticking out

The fridge is massive. Feels so much bigger than our old one. Love the pitcher for water inside until our dropped on the floor and broke the replacement is pricey. The functions are easy to use and setup. It's been great so far hopefully long term it will hold up

Its so spacious and not having to stand on your head to dig food out of the freezer is heavenly. I have no idea who in appliance deaign decided that those french door fridges with the rolling chest freezers were a great idea, but they are the worst!! Farewell to digging endlessly for frozen food, hypothermia fingers and not knowing what you actually have in there. The light in the freezer and rolling shelves are so goooooood. We love the pitcher of water and how many cubbies there are in both the fridge and freezer.

Loving this fridge. The double French door design is great, and the flexible storage on the lower right is very convenient (though so far we are just keeping it as additional freezer). The SmartThings interface is great for managing the temperature and ice makers. And the dual ice makers is a huge plus for the family (many of us like small pieces of ice). I will say it has been a little tough to get enough ice for all of us during the summer, but we are playing with the freezer temperature and Power Freeze setting to get it to produce a little quicker. Overall, would highly recommend. Lots of space for a growing family.

Love this fridge and the fact that the filtered water is inside rather than exposed outside in it's own pitcher. The only thing I would say is the finger print issue is a bit messy at times and our fingers sometimes get snagged when opening and closing the top and bottom doors at the same time. the height allowance for taller items also seems to be lacking but love it over all.

I love this refrigerator. I actually have not installed it yet (I have no cabinets due to construction delays and the dreaded Covid Plague). I have it unboxed and it is beautiful. It has so much space inside. I love the icemaker! Like really...who doesn't love Sonic Ice? I always hated having an ice dispenser on the door. There are always drips on the front of the refrigerator from use and makes spots. I love that this unit comes with a water pitcher inside! The refrigerator has an option for one side of the bottom can either function as refrigerator or freezer! How awesome is that?! I can't wait to get it plugged in and up and running! This is the appliance that I am most excited about!

This refrigerator is beautiful. The design is much better than the previous models from Samsung which had the ice maker in the top refrigerator section. This model returns the ice maker to where it belongs, the freezer! This solves the major issue that buyers were having with ice makers freezing up on Samsung models. I was one of them and it was terrible.

We’re really happy with the fridge. It’s got a lot of space. Looking in the freezer section we were a little worried there wasn’t enough space but when we got it home and put all our stuff in, there was plenty of space. The only gripe…if I’d even call it that…is that the front of the fridge has a lot of fingerprints. But that’s an issue no matter what fridge you get. The WiFi in the fridge is easy to set up. The only thing I use it for is the alert you get on your phone when the fridge door stays open. I had an issue where I would leave fridge doors open and then go back to my home office to work. With my last fridge, sometimes it would be hours before I went to the fridge again and the door would stay open for hours. Now, I get an alert on my phone and I can easily go back and close the door. If this isn’t an issue for people, you can turn off the alerts.

Great refrigerator. Easy to use. Very spacious. Great features, as setting different compartments for freezer or refrigerator use. Freezer makes two types of ice, which is a very cool feature as well. The only bad part is that it is not fingerprint resistant.

Love the refrigerator so far with the exception of the right top door not staying open like the other 3 doors, but not a serious issue. Making ice from initial plug in took quite long but after 2 days it was making a ton of ice. 2 options of ice is nice but ice is ice. Water bin is nice and doesn’t get all dirty like the outside dispensing versions. Fingerprint magnet but oh well, more reason to keep it spotless.

Plenty of room. We can sort our freezer items since the sides have holders. You can also change the temp and use it for refrigerated items. Love that the icemaker has 2 different sizes of ice.

Amazing fridge! Cools fast and having a flex zone making it just for drinks is so functional. So much space and having two different ice types. Highly recommend

Have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and so far it has been great. Love the internal ice trays since there is no chance that an ice cube will get stuck and let warm air in. Internal water pitcher has also proven to be very useful too. Plenty of space for all that we need and it looks great! The option to change one side of the freezer to be a refrigerator also seems like it will be very useful but we haven't needed it yet. We did choose this model specifically because it doesn't have an LCD screen. I just really don't see a need for that on a refrigerator.

Love the new refrigerator. We did not need a large freezer section in the kitchen. Love the extra room in the refrigeration section. No more squeezing and putting food in the fridge just right. The ease of using will spoil us.

Its pricey and not as smart as it could be. But it's good. I love the look. I didn't want a bottom freezer with just the baskets this has shelves and they pull out.

We really like this fridge! Auto fill pitcher is fantastic. The only thing we are not happy with is the way the left door closes and opens because of the pitcher config. The ice trays are a bit hard to work but Im just happy not to have to make ice in little trays! It has a super design, Hubby has the left side freezer and I get the right. Like that! Like the ability to adjust the temp too. It also shows me the performance on my phone! It tells me if the doors open too long too!

It is spacious and sleek in design. I love the auto water pitcher and dual ice maker.

The fridge itself is a good design we love being able to use the flex space as either freezer or frdge but the stainless steel front is super thin and dents so easy. My son shot a nerf bullet from across the room accidently hitting it and it left a dent in the fridge, also it is definitely not fringerprint resistant. Wish we would have gotten something else or atleast not the stainless steel finish.
