The item was damaged. The best buy technician insisted that they will compensate me by giving me a re-circulating kit instead of a new item with no damage. 3 months later I am still waiting to resolve this issue. I did not receive any compensation and they refuse to replace the damaged item. I've had to reschedule at least 5x at this point with no progress. The last technician literally arrived to tell us they don't have the item.

Ordered product and from best buy October 1s, but was told one week for delivery. Turned out one week Turned to 2wks, and then received a message that my order would be delayed till November 8th. At first i was frustrated but then realized it was out of their control. Will wait the extra weeks because I've had a good experience with bestbuy. Also my order was damaged on arrival which bestbuy arranged to replace. Customer service was supportive as always.
