Little to no Bass ARC does not work

Returned it and purchased the JBL 5.1 sound bar. The JBL system absolutely ROCKS!!!!!!! I have an older Samsung sound bar the sounds awesome so I was very disappointed in this unit. All sound setting sound horrible, hardly and bass control and low output, ARC did not work with my 3 year old Samsung tv. Very disappointed to say the least

I like it for what I paid but wouldn't paY full price. The subwoofer is lacking but the rest of the speakers sound great. Haven't tried other Dolby soundbars so I'm not sure how to compare the Dolby quality. (Interesting though)
