Great soundbar!

I expected better

Purchased a new tv so I figure I would get a new soundbar. I was disappointed, especially considering I enjoyed my Vizio 2.1 channel soundbar more than this one. It just doesn’t produce that sound I need/want unfortunately, maybe I need it more fine tuned but this ain’t doing it for me unfortunately

The Sound Stays out of Sync

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this soundbar for almost 2 weeks, and since DAY-ONE, I am constantly fumbling with the SYNC Feature in an attempt to align the Sound with the Visual of the Auto, and after continuous attempts adjusting the numbers from 0-300, I'm left with no other choice except to shut the Soundbar off. This SOUND issue with the SOUNDBAR is unacceptable, and the How-to-Fix-it recommendation doesn't even fix the issue. Real Talk-True Review...

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q70T soundbar and for your review. I am very sorry for the sound synchronization issue.
If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see AUDIO SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
You can also try the below to minimize the delay:
1) Connect the source directly to the Soundbar’s HDMI input, then connect the Soundbar to the HDMI ARC input on the TV.
2) On the TV, set the Sound Delay level to 0. Home > Settings > Sound>Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay: “0”
3) Change the audio format to PCM on both the source device and the TV.

Great quality for the price

Subwoofer is not there...

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After I bought this product and set it up, I notice that the sound wasn’t quiet There, the subwoofer is not strong enough, I try different settings and it just not working, you have to hold and sit the subwoofer to feel a vibration, otherwise it just doesn’t work. I had to returned it because i wasn’t going to keep something that doesn’t work well for the price.

Dolby Digital content may be the cause for your audio delay as this is a known issue affecting all brands. Samsung has recently released a firmware update to improve lip-sync delays. Please check that your soundbar firmware is updated to ver.1017.5 or higher:
