Awesome sounding soundbar
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing sounds awesome. We put this in our living room which is open to the kitchen and dining room. Plenty of volume out of this bar to fill up the room. The sub sounds great as well. Super easy to set up and hang on the wall.

Combination of goodness
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is clear, with both depth and range, in addition, its easy to operate. Also the wireless capability is an added bonus and the price is exceptional. Not to mention Best Buy offers price match so regardless you still are getting exceptional value. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds pretty good! Was a bit of trouble trying to connect it to the smart things app. (Had to play email tag with customer service for a week or so to get it to work) Overall not bad, just wish it was cheaper.

Thank you for purchasing the 2020 Samsung HW-Q70T Soundbar. I am glad to hear that you were able to work with customer service to connect your Smart Things app.

Great product but not for 65” TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I thought the product performed well. Clear sound, great bass, EQ gives customization. Dolby Atmos via DD+ (Netflix content) also sounded great even though it’s rated just OK on some review sites. However, I ultimately ended up returning this product for an LG SN9YG specifically because of the soundstage. The Samsung is about 40 inches and it was too narrow for a 65” TV. The LG is about 50”. I’m sitting close to the sound bar and generally keep it lower volume because I live in an apartment. Would recommend for a smaller TV.

Samsung Q70T
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this soundbar in combination with a Samsung Q80 TV and the set up was very easy. This soundbar is compatible with Dolby Atmos which gives an amazing sound. If you want an additional boost you can also get the SWA-9000S to get your experience from 3.1 to 5.1.

Great Soundbar, Iffy Atmos
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an older model now, so if you’re getting it at a deep discount it’s definitely worth it. Great for movies. 4k HDR passthrough works flawlessly. Sound is deep and bassy and dialogue is clear. The only drawback is the Dolby Atmos implementation. The imaging isn’t clear, and despite lots of experimenting with the EQ and up-firing speaker levels it’s tinny and bright compared to the “standard” sound mode w/ 5.1 or 7.1 signal. I don’t know if it’s my room or lack of rear speakers, but I just turned off my Dolby Atmos at the source because regular old Dolby or DTS sounds light years better out of this.

Great quality for a great price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is amazing and the subwoofer brings much more life to the sound. I use this with a Samsung Q80T TV and while the TV has excellent sound already, this seems to be a small step above. BT and WIFI were easy to set up

Didn’t work well with my Sony Bravia X950G
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As the title says I had issues with connecting this to my Sony 4K TV. Besides that the sound quality was pretty good. Simple to setup. The package was a bit odd to unpacked.

Overall good unit, easy setup
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on a sale at Best Buy to pair with the same model Samsung TV. Definitely buy on sale. Pros - easy setup - hooked up HDMI connection directly with the TV. Automatically synced with the TV and works with the TV remote - a plus. Low profile and nice appearance. Cons - while the sound it robust, I expected more out of this until given the cost and 'high end' samsung model. I replaced external Polk speakers with this - nicer looking and less space, but less deep base and sound richness I expected. Using FIOS and Streaming as sources. Sound is seamless and in snyc with the TV

Nice soundbar to match my Q70T TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup with good sound from the soundbar and subwoofer. A little glitchy getting to connect to TC via HDMI-ARC sometimes but would still buy it again.

The perfect match for QLED
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup was incredibly easy, connecting to a Samsung Q70 Smart TV. In under 20 minutes, I was connected to the Samsung SmartThings app, Spotify, and my Apple TV. This soundbar switches through all sources without any kind of annoying glitches or sound dropouts like I've experienced in the past with other soundbar brands. This subwoofer utilizes an 8" woofer, which definitely makes the bottom end full, without being too overpowering. The soundbar and sub sound fantastic with not only movies, but with music. I was actually surprised when I linked up to Spotify and streamed some songs from my iPhone. Very loud, clear, and with hefty bottom end that does not sound flabby or exaggerated. I've been waiting for the HW-Q800T to hit the market for a couple of months now, and it was certainly worth the wait.

Nice treble but lacks bass
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this one on sale during Black Friday. It has Dolby atmos and is very loud. I prefer more bass but for the money this was a decent sound bar.

Excellent Sound at a Great Price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup and excellent sound! Works perfectly with my 65" q90r tv. Sound is amazing and routes surround and dolby atmos as it should. I purchased at the outlet store at a fraction of what I would have brand new or on Amazon. The subwoofer provides very deep booms, just like in a movie theater. Well worth the money to enhance and add dolby atmos to my home theater. I wish there was more Atmos context I could watch and truly use this soundbar and woofer to it's full potential. Only complaint is when I registered the product using the serial number at Samsung, it shows as a totally different soundbar.

Great sound, poor Dolby Atmos
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung HW-Q70T is a quality soundbar. It has a sleek design that will fit nicely under any TV. The 3.1.2 channel produces a balanced sound with clear voices. Some may complain about the lack of bass produced by the subwoofer but for those living in apartments such as myself, the bass is descent. However, don't expect any sort of Atmos effect. Even with this limitation, you should definitely consider the Q70T if you're looking for a good soundbar that performs equally well watching TV shows and movies and playing music. Not bad at all, but a bit pricey.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking to purchase an open box to save a bit of money and drove an hour to a different store that had open box options. Easy to set up but ran into problems as it would change sound output back to TV speakers automatically and not stay through the soundbar itself. Was on customer service for over an hour and even they could not determine the issue. So eventually returned it to my local store and bought it brand new which luckily was on sale. Works very well but subwoofer is underwhelming for this specific product.

Samsung Q70T Soundbar Review
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Soundbar is amazing. I had a cheap Sony I was using on other tv and doesn't even compare to this. I teamed it up with the Q90T tv and just stunning especially when watching a 4k movie. The Soundbar as Dolby Atmos and make one hell of a difference. Also there's a few different sound modes and so far when watching tv I like the Adaptive Mode and when playing PS5 the Game Mode. Oh and at first I didn't notice a delay in sound but changed Digital Output Audio Format on TV to PCM and don't seem to have the problem. Soundbar is a little expensive but was lucky to get on sale $300 off.
