This sound bar offers great sound for my small condo living room. Easy hookup and setup with my cable remote means I don't have multiple remotes laying around.

Good sound quality but there is one extremely irritating issue. It will periodically switch input issues on its own and for no apparent reason. This requires us to stop what we are doing, find the Samsung remote and reset the input so we can continue watching. Irritating.

The sound far supersedes that of my Bose system. With the clarity and the base. Set up seamlessly with my Samsun 8000 series TV, I think my neighbors hate me now LOL

I purchased the sound bar and subwoofer to go with my new tv. My older system had volume, but I spent a lot of time adjusting it up and down so I could hear dialogue and turn down the music and sound effects. Although much of this is caused by the industry, the new Samsung sound bar and subwoofer does a good job of keeping the audio at the set levels.

Very good sound with movies and music using blue tooth but wish that I had bought a sound system so that more external speakers could be added at a later date.

This surround sounded so much better in the store than it did at my home. Found out that I had to buy a 4K DVD player and hook it up to the surround and it will kick into Atmos and sound better. Didn't want to hassle with it anymore so I returned it and got the new Bose.

Volume on this thing is UNIMPRESSIVE to say the very least. Followed online advice and made sure it was hooked up to HDMI/ARC, what a joke. I’m not new to home theatre setup, the cheaper $200 Samsung soundbar will give you the room filling volume that this piece of crap $1,000 one should. The only positive thing is the subwoofer, which delivers deep, bone-feeling bass. Not with loud rich sound from the bar, of course. Spend your money on an amplifier and wired speakers if you want to upgrade from a standard soundbar instead of wasting your money on this one. Disappointing Samsung product.

I walked I to Best Buy ready to purchase a lower end soundbar when I heard the most amazing sound of a thunderstorm coming from someone inside the store. I literally walked around looking for it and when I found it at the Samsung display, I just had to buy it. Despite the hefty price tag I was just so blown away by the sound quality that I decided it was worth it. Ok let me just say it does NOT sound like that in my own. We’ve tried every setting but inevitably we have to have it at max volume every time we watch a movie, and it still falls short. I did try to return it but didn’t realize the short amount of time they give you now to return electronics. I’m bummed out about the whole thing every time I turn it on.

Great sounds, bass and dynamics. Would have been difficult to wire up new theater room in basement so tried this system out and am very pleased.

We had a Bose surround sound system and got rid of the surround system and replaced with this sound bar and sub woofer. Best sound bar out there.

Easy to set up in my basement. Highly recommend! Whether watching sports or movies, or listening to music ---awesome sound and bass!

I was reluctant to purchase this sound system since I never heard of the Atmos technology. I'm glad I didn't deny myself a chance to own this product. I am happy and especially the fact that my husband and my cell phone can easily play music through the system without turning any buttons, except for the volume when I play my favorite song.

This soundbar sounded really good in the store and it was a huge improvement over the TV alone sound - but was not stereo quality sound and was not consistent. We did love being able to control it with our TV remote. After the Geek Squad worked with it, it was more consistent, but we sent it back and got a different brand anyway.
