Bought as an open box item and have never been happier. Great sound and set up was a breeze. Easy to mount and sync with two R1 speakers for rear sound via Samsung Blu-ray player.

I didn't want a simple soundbar and my home stereo system is in storage due to me moving so I compromised with this selection. It was an open-box purchase so I knew I would be in for a surprise on what was still inside the box. Most of the contents were still factory fresh but it was obvious someone had possible taken it out and changed their mind. I followed the instructions and it is connected to my networks in every way possible. Samsung Multiroom app helps do this for you. I cannot seem to change the bass and treble per the instructions but the app has an equalizer that helps here. The surround mode brings all the sound bars speakers into play and makes the viewing more enjoyable. I am using the included subwoofer as it sounds fine and did not buy the additional 10 inch subwoofer. The $499 price is too high.

This is my first sound bar. Makes a huge difference. I bought a Samsung brand sound bar to match my Samsung TV. Figured it would be less complicated and less remotes. And, it is, unless you want to switch between modes every time you switch genre (movie to sports to music). It was easy to setup and I am happy with my purchase.

For a number of years I've been dreaming of building my own in home theatre with 7.1 channels or more for true HD surround. Unfortunately, as time passes I realize I don't have great space for it and the idea of more wires is less and less appealing. Enter Samsung Soundbar, I'll first admit I am not a fan of Samsung products, I almost considered a Sony which was cheaper, but the demo in store caught my attention from probably 20 feet away. The simple design includes a powerful subwoofer and it really provides excellent sound through several speakers. It works almost flawlessly with my LG OLED TV, the only challenge is it seems to go to sleep when my display does and I need to reset the output. (note, I think this may be a TV problem). After several weeks and several genres of films including large amounts of dialogue and action scenes I couldn't be happier. This was one of the most pricey setups in store but it seems well worth it to me. As a side note, the idea of wi-fi music with my iPhone was appealing, but in practice the app and method are a bit cumbersome and sound quality for the music doesn't seem nearly as a good as what's coming from the TV. I hoped to use this feature more but it hasn't really been worth it.

There are more expensive sound bars out there and I’m sure they sound great, but this sound bar has a lot of bang for the buck. I’m a sound guy, and truly appreciate sound. Was apprehensive about this sound system because of it’s price but thought I’d give it a shot in the meantime and replace it a “better” system at a later time. In all honesty, I don’t need a new system. This thing does the trick. It’s clear, adds power and lows exactly when they are needed. I’m picking up a second one for my mom and dad’s house. Would highly recommend this sound bar.

So this sound bar is not as loud as you think it is. The one in the store is set up to be super loud with sample noises and effects. When you take the sound bar out of the box it's basic. You have to adjust a lot of the settings. The sub woofer comes out the box ready to go! It can be loud. You have to make it that way.

My room is not a large room but has vaulted ceilings. The sound fills the room and has theater like quality. Works perfect with my Samsung QLED tv.

Bought this system then realized that not many movies support the atmos sound so returned to store and bought a nose system

Grabbed this one to replace a first gen LED smart tv. Amazing difference in the quality of picture. Also grabbed the 850 series Samsung surround system and together it producing a show that drives my wife crazy! Then she tells me turn it up!

I am feeling like, I am sitting in a theater. The woofer is very good. Now I am looking for a couple of speakers to make a surround sound.

Let's face it, you just bought the best tv of your choice, why buy inferior sound to go along with it? This was not what I walked into Best Buy to purchase. My friends all told me to focus on either the Sonos System or Bose. I must admit Bose was a close 2nd but this Samsung sound bar blew all others out of the water. The clarity of its 11 4K speakers and the base of its wireless sub woofer give you rich emersive sound that puts you right into the center of the action. It's movie theater quality sound at home. Prepared to be wowed!! Highly recommended!

This sound system is amazing. It has the best sound I've ever heard. The Dolby Atmos just blows everything away. Very glad with this purchase.

This is my second Samsung soundbar in my home. Great sound and easy to setup. Really enjoy the sound and glad we purchased it for the home.

Bought this opened-box and must say that this thing is thunderous! It was pretty difficult to set up with my Xbox One X, Samsung Unks8000, and Samsung ubd-m7500. But when I got it to finally work, it's worth the wait. Now I just have to figure out how to connect some rear speakers.

Well we’re to begin... this product is amazing! I can’t believe how much sound this puts out. I thought it was great in the store and when I got it home and installed, I was even more impressed!! I am yet to be able to turn it all the way up... it’s that loud!! Had on a move and the other night with my wire and we literally were able to feel the bass!! Amazing!! You have done it again Samsung!!! Love this Product!!

Who needs surround sound when this thing is better! What epic quality from a sound bar Dolby atoms will blow you away!
