I bought this model for the center speaker & base speaker. I am very happy with the sound quality.

The product worked very well to deepen sound in my home. I have a split level so the family room has large ceilings and sound travels differently. The sound bar filled the room better. The only issue I had is my television sits in an area where it cannot be raised. The sound bar was 1/4 too tall to fit under.

We recently purchased the 3.1 Sound Bar to improve speech audio quality because my wife and I both have difficulty with hearing. It fits nicely between the legs of our new Samsung 55" class smart TV. The Sound Bar offers a number of useful settings to enhance audio output. We've noticed that the volume range is reduced when using the smart TV function for Netflix versus using Apple TV. However, it is unlikely a sound bar issue.

Works great for my small room. I am able to understand what is being said as I wear hearing aids.

I bought new furniture, and the Samsung line of speakers were one of the few that would fit. I liked that the BestBuy near me had each version lined up on the same rack, playing the same video, so you could switch between them and listen to each one back to back easily. This is WAY better than the two cheaper Samsungs, but, not as good as the Sonos or other high-end devices. However, you get what you pay for right? This is 1/2 to 1/3 as much as a Sonos or high-end Bose, and frankly, unless you are going back and forth between them, you won't notice it. The sound is great, the features are great, it's been overall a great purchase. Except one thing - I still cannot get it to pair to the Comcast remote.

We paired it with our new Samsung 65" 4k TV. Sounds good and integrates well with the TV. Easy to set up and use. My only complaint is occasional popping but other than that its a good system.

I bought this primarily to improve the voice quality on my Samsung TV. The basic TV sound is awful and I have been putting up with it for years. the sound bar greatly improve the sound quality, it still not 100% but it has eliminated (almost) the constant arguing between me and the wife about being too loud

The sound bar is compact and fits nice under the tv on the top shelf of stand.It has a nice sound but the blue tooth speaker set we bought to go with it are very disappointing no at all what we were expecting. We should have done more research and Best Buy needs to make things clearer online on somethings

my other half and I enjoy good sound in movies and music and these units provide it very well.

I have had other sound bars and have never been happy with how the voices come across. With a slight hearing problem they always make the music and background noise such that I can't understand what they are saying. Well not this one, You can adjust the sound to suit your taste and/or what your watching. It works the best of any I have tried. I am getting the wireless rear speaker add on this week end. I'll let ya know.

This is a good sound bar with great quality and sound for its price range. the only downside for me, was that it wasn't as loud as I expected it to be but the sound quality outweighs this.

I had to return the first one I purchased, because it would not install as demonstrated in the booklet. Tried 5 times and never got it to work. Return and got another sound bar from Samsung 3.1 and followed the instructions, but it do not work with the cable box, streaming box or the TV. Had to set it up a different way, blue tooth, and it works great. Need to improve on the instruction manual.

I bought this to upgrade the sound from the tv. It has added a whole new dimension to movies!

I love this sound bar system! My last soundbar system I was disappointed in because it was always difficult to hear the voices and dialogue clearly over the background music and sound effects. This system is fantastic and I'm able to hear the voices clearly without having to constantly turn the volume up and down according to the amount of background noise. I highly recommend this product to all my family and friends!

My setup was very simple and easy with the FW-550 but then the subwoofer was loosing connection so enter the M550... the sound is amazing but i think its a little muffled! I am conecting via fiber optic to a samsung 8series tv and i have to maintain it above 60 usually! Also NO IT DOES NOT HAVE SOUNDSHARE!!! That was the main purpose for sticking with samsung and well now it has a wire connected to the tv. I had the previous one mounted on the wall mount using the rocketfish soundbar tv mount and it didnt mount as easy as the previous one. (After a little analysis i jimmied it to be mounted under the tv) overall the sound is good but small features the previous had i do miss!

Bought this for attaching to a new Samsung TV. Easy attachment and the sound is really good.

Sound bar was recommended by one of the guys at my local store. Sounds great! No complaints
