Purchased Samsung 3.1 based on general satisfaction by others. However, I returning the sound bar for another. I have an LG OLED tv and the Samsung does not interface directly with the LG. Must use two remotes. No on screen ability to see volume etc. Also the volume and the woofer seem to be quite limited. The bass has only 6 settings. I gave it 3 stars because some of the problem was installation and probably some operator error.

Excellent sound and easy setup Use this for our bedroom and it is truly way better than the tv speakers

The difference was incredible. Anytime I hear audio from the tv I cringe because it sounds like a tin can. I waited many years before purchasing a sound bar and I definitely regret it. This sound bar looks sleek sitting in front of my Samsung tv and is not obtrusive. I love how the subwoofer is wireless! Setup was beyond easy becuause it connects via Bluetooth. It also has other connectors included if you don't want Bluetooth. I hooked up my vinyl player to the aux input and it sounds great.

The Soundbar itself has incredible sound and lots of connectivity. The sub-woofer on the other hand can barely be heard. I had to purchase an additional set of speakers with a subwoofer to get that true bass. In hind sight would have rather just purchased the sound bar without the subwoofer and added to it later. Beyond the return period so I am stuck

Samsung sound bar was a great purchase. Easy to assemble, sound is awesome, excellent price. Couldn't ask for better.

Looking to downsize from a receiver and 5 individual speakers, we went with this Samsung soundbar and are very pleased. Make no mistake, it will not replace a home theater, but it delivers clear sound and more importantly clear voices, when you’re not watching Black Panther, Star Wars, etc. The subwoofer does a good job filling in the bass.

I bought this to replace an existing soundbar because it allows the use of wireless rear speakers. I am holding off purchasing the rear speakers for now because my setup with the soundbar alone sounds great.

It's only been connected for 1 day so I don't have too much experience with it. I love the sound quality and I don't have to deal with a bunch of wires/speakers. It needs better set up instructions. I ended up paying for someone to install because I couldn't get it to work. Ended up it was my tv aux. port that wasn't working- I thought I set it up wrong.

I wanted something more than the basic 2.1 channel soundbar but did not want to spend too much. This 3.1 soundbar has a great sound quality though the woofer sound could have been better. You can always enhance this soundbar to 5.1 channel by adding wireless speakers from samsung those are compatible to this soundbar but are being sold separately.

I like this bar because it enhances speech. Having difficulty hearing, it helps distinguish words so listening is more comfortable.

Today's flat-screen televisions have such small speakers that I needed something that projected the sound at me. This is a great system. When I watch sports, it sounds like I'm in the stadium or arena.

The sound bar is easy to set up but the directions are complicated to get the Woofer to work properly. It is a bluetooth operated.

Product is good value. Not high end capability, but at the price hard to beat value. Good sound for large room with high ceilings.

I purchased it as a gift. Only tested it in the store. The bet buy geek said he owned the same one... a line or not I bought it.

The sound quality is beyond belief. Worth the money for sure. Easy to set up and connected perfectly with my tv.

We stopped by the TV department to view the "wall of TVs" and asked the employee if they had any soundbars that he would recommend. We weren't really expecting to purchase one but after showing usseveral versions, we couldn't wait to purchase this one. It's just short of "blowing us out of the seats". Settings are fantastic and intuitive and it really sends out great sound. And on top of that, it was a great price. We're always very happy with Best Buy.

Wireless connection make the set easy and clean, but not as loud as my old surround sound.

I purchased one for my living room and I fell in love with its performance. I then decided to buy a second unit for my bedroom.

Was exactly what I read on line about the product. The geek squad install was fast, complete, and early. I am hearing impaired and was pleased with the rear speakers and woofer. Simple to operate.
