The first one purchased was not right. After talking with Samsung it was determined it was defective. I sent it back and it was repaired. Then when Samsung sent it back it was damaged. BEST BUY made it right with a new one. This one has great sound. This is why I buy all my toys at Best Buy. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Great sound from the sound bar. Do have issues staying synced with my samsung tv

The sound bar has great sound, we had problems with the first subwoofer just not working in the first 2 weeks but once we got the second set hooked up it's great, really easy to hook up to Bluetooth and great sound. You do have to be careful of which setting you have it on. For instance, if you have a DVD in and it's not on movie setting it has a really high pitched sound.

This product was very easy to install, im very happy with my purchase! The soundbar and subwoofer paired automatically after i plugged them in, the remote is easy to use, and the sounds come out loud and clear. It pairs easily to my other bluetooth devices. Only issue i had was that the remote also controls the volume for my samsung TV so as i increase the volume on the soundbar the speaker tv goes up and you get an echo sound coming from both. Otherwise overall definitely worth the purchase.

I've been eyeing this sound bar for a long time. Finally went on sale for Christmas. Easy setup and love the sound.

Not as loud as I thought it would be. Bass is alright but not deep. Wish I would have purchased the 5.1 soundbar.

I bought this sound bar as a open box item and tried it out. The sound quality is really good but, the bass was very lacking me. LG makes really good sound bars and they have a lot of great features but, for me the bass just wasn't there enough on this model.

Not very powerful. Connected with optical cable but not loud when volume at max. Must use sound bar remote to change volume to keep message “Action not available” off screen that appears when using TV or Blu-ray remotes to change sound.

This system was recommended by the Best Buy representative and he nailed it out of the park. I wanted something that sounded good for watching tv, movies & sports but still sound good and at least kinda loud for listening to music. With the addition of the surround rear speaks this system fit the bill perfectly and all for less than $300 (it was a special during holiday shopping season). Highly recommend!
