My wife and I both like to watch tv, we were able to hear it, but could not understand words. I will not say it is perfect but much improved. I would recommend a sound bar to other seniors . I was having some repair work by the Geek Squad and asked him what we should do with our problems.. He gave good advise.

I am very pleased with it. turns on quick , Has a wonderful picture , great Color. and many settings to change to my liking . I also bought a soundbar. All large TV'S internal speakers are so so at best , get a soundbar. Now i have that everything is wonderful. I highly recommend this TV , You can not beat it for the price. The only thing i saw that had better picture was the olid LG TV , and it cost 4 times more. So i am happy with this one.

Also requires to change speaker output settings almost every time when switching tv on. Have reported it to Best Buy and was supposed to receive a phone call within 4 hours. Still waiting for this call more than 48 hours later.
