The charging pad is compatible with all wireless charging devices. I’m an Apple user, and I can use the pad to charge my iPhone as well. We love it!

For how much the charger costs there should be no error. It has been returned

Never worked right out of the box but well enough to keep. On 7/8/25 it finally stopped charging my phone along with other issues that persist on the earbud charging pad. Contacted Bestbuy support by phone several times no answer, then through chat only for them to tell me 2 HOURS later that they could not help me with my problem or getting it returned even given all the HORRIBLE reviews this device now has. Very poor business practices glad I wasted 130 dollar on a paperweight as this point. Do yourself a favor if reading this review don't buy this product or any from Bestbuy as this is not the first issue I've had with them but it will be the last.

Junk charger

Holds phone well and charges S25 Ultra and Iphone 12. Some people say this hasn't worked well. I had no real problems. Some cases (I have many) need a minor adjustment. But it has charged everything I put on it so far.
