If I could give a zero - trust me I would.
Horrible experience for the second time. Once again Best Buy failed to deliver on their scheduled delivery dates. I was required to reschedule the delivery three times. I ordered the wall oven combo in August and the original scheduled delivery date was September 6, then rescheduled to 09/28 and again to 10/19. The exact same thing happened last year on an appliance delivery. I cancelled and ordered directly from the manufacturer.

Very bad customer service, from the numerous delivery delays to the installation and old item taken away service mistakes. Ths is the worst experience I've ever had with BestBuy. I will delete my account, cancel my BestBuy credit card, as well as tell my friends and family about you guys so they do not consider doing business with BestBuy.

The Samsung product is fine some of the trim pieces to install it we're not specified very well in the instructions on installation. The entire process dealing with Best Buy to purchase deliver and install was utter ridiculousness and a waste of my time. I paid for removal of the product and they couldn't do that delivery wasn't delivered on time. I had to make several calls to purchase because they weren't able to handle finding a local product that they said was in stock. The appliance itself maintain several features of products in a higher quality Appliance brands. It has several features on it that can be beneficial if used properly. The air fryer is not designed very well on this product. Other than that the other features work really well.

Best Buy has lied and provide false and misleading information. I ordered this in April and it was in stock. We scheduled delivery in May. We have been without an over for 3 months. Best Buy continues to lie about delivery and changes the date the week before. Now it's scheduled for Sept. They should be fined or sued for lying to their customers.

Initially this Item was available, then it wasn’t. Projected delivery went from mid August to the end of September. I cancelled and ordered from a different place.

I purchased this item from best buy along with matching other appliances. First time we used it theres an error code and doesnt work. Technicians came two times. Suggested replacing the item with new and there are ZERO anywhere in the county and no time frame from sansung on availability. Best buy suggested to refund me and buy from another business. Terrible. A month and a half of no microwave, no oven and zero solutions.
