The face deck and knobs heat so bad that you need gloves to turn it back off. Best Buy warranty has been worthless and behind unresponsive. We had 3 technicians inspected alteady and they acknowledge the heat and all cosmetic damages related to the heat, but states that as long as the unit turns on and off, there is nothing they can do. Very dissapointed. Run away from Samsung kitchen appliances and good luck with Best Buy and their warranty services.

Looks good, scratches easily

Installation went well. It looks nice. Grates are heavy and if you drag them into place you get scratches. I have no idea how a scratch got on the interior surface, but it did. Would recommend with reservations.
